Recorded message stated to press 9 to lower interest rates on visa and mastercard.  When you press 9, takes you to live person.  When you ask to be put on "do not call" list, they hang up.

The have an offer to lower your credit card interest rates. However, they don't know what credit cards I have. I have told the callers, several times, to put me on their Do Not Call List. However, they continue to call me.

Got a call from this number saying they can lower my interest rates. I pressed 9 and got a live person and they wanted to know what credit card I have. Told them to stop calling me as I know this is a scam. Told them in no uncertain terms do not call my number ever again. Went on the internet and discovered that this area code 427 is actually from Mexico. Can you imagine what they would do if you gave them your card number''' OMG
