    Stated he was from Microsoft Windows and I had a serious security issue with my computer, he needed access immediately.  I informed him I was not having issues with my computer.  He told me ma'am, I need to LISTEN TO HIM and give him IMMEDIATE access to my computer so he could fix it.  I firmly told him no, I know about the scam.  Before I could finish he hung up.  Very heavy accent, lots of people talking in the background.
