FACT 6 – contacting the BBB – LAUGHABLE!!!  The BBB SELLS their ratings to the highest bidder, so your complaint will go unnoticed.

Call blocking phones are very inexpensive $40-$60 and they come with, at least, one wireless handset.  Very, very convenient.

BUY A CALL BLOCKING PHONE!

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones.  They’re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd  wireless handset.  COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.  
They work beautifully!  These phones also block “PRIVATE”, “OUT OF AREA” and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!
I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.
NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.  THEY CAN’T GET THROUGH!
We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

There are apps available for smartphones that'll do the same thing. The DoNotCall Registry works on voluntary compliance like speed limit signs on highways. Honest telemarketers honor the Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not. Don't blame the registry, blame big business and the Republicans who fought tooth and nail for the opt-out marketing we have today (Europe has opt-in marketing where telemarketers cannot call you without your prior express approval). It was difficult enough as it was to even establish the DoNotCall Registry we have today (Republicans kept moaning jobs will be lost). Why don't you buy a whistle or air horn and use it? Should be fun!
