Scammer, blocked. Looks like they have a new number, as this type of scam message comes up with several other phone numbers here on 800 notes, but not this one from middle-of-nowhere-Texas.

No caller ID. Robocall. Says "President Obama in Feb 2013." That's it. Guessing some kind of billing scam.

Caller left no message....labeled from Texas. Certainly not going to answer a call coming from Texas! I don't know anyone there.

Just received a call labeled from Texas.  When I answered, no response and hang up.

Called but could not leave msg- mailbox full- Nyah!!

Voting call from Cruz.  Ha, I'm  lying just like Hillary. Bt you don't  care. I call you more tomorrow.

Got that same call today.They said they will call me back all staff was busy! Glad i knew to check here for scams.Thought it was since i have no student loans .

At least these crooks have a number that receives calls, but I got a recording saying that all counselors were currently on calls. What kind of lawmakers do we have that make this kind of crap legal???
