Sound good,i will not be able to come for the inspection due to nature of my job cos right now I'm at the military base,so i will arrange for the pick up agent that will come for the pick up and handle the shipping and all the documentation,i can only pay you via one of the fastest and secure way to pay online (PayPal)..Do you have a paypal account? Well he is consistent...same M.O.  send me your pay-pal account and email address...it is sad there are so many thieves out there.

I just got a text from this guy and ignored it.  Asked about a bike I am selling on Tampa Craigslist.  Look out!

I got same text message from this # for a car I listed on CL. Said his name was Matthew Vassallo. What are scammers like this after??? E-mail addresses??? They cannot access any funds from paypal with just an e-mail address can they????

No, but what they do is somehow make it look like he sent you the money in your PayPal account then you receive a congratulations then you have to finish the transaction to make sure the people or person that's picking up the car, truck, motorcycle ect., has been paid before your funds are released into your account you are directed to money gram that you have to pay the transport fee and the money gram fee.  With this transaction it says money gram only accepts $250.00 increments through your bank account. Mind you you will have to give your bank account info and/credit card info. Which can really add up. YES, they tried to get me but I called pay pal first because it didn't seem right to me that I'm the seller and I have to pay to get something to you that you want to purchase!  And I have to pay anything out of my pocket!!
Pay Pal confirmed this was a scam because use MONEY GRAM they are their competitors. It's a way of getting you send them money.
