called my cell. no message.  i called back and a recorded voice did not identify the company or organization but encouraged me to speak to a rep,.  to be removed from their call list i also need to speak to their rep according to the voice

Got a call from this number. I listened to it enough to realize it's some sort of scam. They said my student loan was in default. I don't have a student loan!

(432) 848-3015 phone rang twice I didn't answer, no message I couldn't find a company name other than call is from Texas. Beware don't answer any calls from this number.

SPAM>>>>ROBO Call, "We can refinance your student loan, bla, bla, bla" I never had a student loan... Hang up without acknowledging the call or they will call you back day in and day out...

Called twice today I answered the second time they said I had requested a life insurance quote online told them I did no such thing politely hung up

Got a robocall from them on my mobile this morning, 25 January, 2016, Washington State. They indicated my student loan has been flagged for a 40% reduction due to some program that President Obama initiated (yeah, sure). I was almost taken in because we are at the moment searching for college financial aid and scholarships for my son... and not having listened carefully, I thought it might be legit. But when I heard the President Obama pitch, I realized it was a scam (shocker, huh?). The robocaller said to press 1 to speak with a representative, 5 to decline the offer. Hung up.

Called my cell phone today (1/27/16). I didn't answer because I did not recognize the number. They did not leave a message. So glad the state and federal do not call lists work so well.

Yesterday received a pre-recorded call to a cell phone on the DNC. Same message as mjm quoted. I provided a fake name and waited. Today they called back from 321-329-5447, United Student Loan Division, a subsidiary of Horizon Debt Group, LLC, 700 E Lincoln Ave Ste # 3 Melbourne, FL 32901 USA. Or you can call them toll free at 855-694-4483 and complain. And you can include this information with your complaint to the FTC.
