I received a text from Marshal Mossy wanting to buy a car I listed on craigslist. He would make arrangements with a freight company. Asked all the same questions as other he has made. "Why was I welling this "item", did I buy it new," etc. Says he lives in Maryland. SCAM!

I just got a text message from this Mossy person too.  In my experience this is a scam.
My name is Marshal Mossy,i am from Maryland,but i have
make an arrangement with a freight company that will be
responsible for thepick up,but before we talk about payment,
i will like to know if there's any problem with it,Why are you
selling it,and are you thefirst owner,Did you bought it new,i
mean no insult,but there are tons of crappy items out there and
don't want to be stuck withsomething in bad condition.thanks.

His name is James Scott now!!! I got the same texts!!

Just got a message from a James Scott claiming to be from md also using a freight company for pick up and offered to pay through pay pal. I asked if he could prove to me he was who he says by sending a picture of his ID with all his personal info blocked out so I could only see name and picture and he quit responding. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received a txt inquiring about a motorcycle from this number. No response, I found it weird, looked up the area code and now I'm here lol !!! Scammers!
