Called my home # 12:08 pm on 7/20/08 no message left - Caller ID shows Chase City...........no message left - they will not get a return call from me.

called my cell#. left no message... I am sure it is another parasite company trying to get money on some old paid off debt.

have rec'd 3 calls with no message--how did they get my cell phone #

Keeps calling and doesn't leave message. It is a company called Recievables Performance Management.  It appears to be a collection agency trying to collect very old debts that have already been taken care of.  A very shady bunch. Almost 500 comlaints to the BBB in the last 3 years.

wow... they've called me TWICE within 3 hours!!

These people have called me using FOUR DIFFERENT NUMBERS!! one of them was this number, the other three were 800, 888, and 866 "area codes". they never leave a message. ever. I have checked all my bills, and none of them come from anyone named RPM (or any thing like that). i'm thinking of reporting them as well.

I have been receiving calls from this number and it sounds fishy to me. When I ask for information concerning what I supposively owe, they can only give me basic information. Anything anyone with a brain and a computer can find online. My address, my name, etc. They claim I owe $1900 on a credit card I've never had, but we can settle it with a simple $300 payment over the phone. Oh and according to them I've owed this for years, and yet it hasn't appeared on my credit report yet. Does this make any sense to you? LOL... These guys are morons. Don't fall for this scam.

They call from 8am, till 9pm, mon-fri. I was told I to was being put on the 5 times a day list, when I asked to speak to their manager. The guy was extreemly rude, and hung up on me. When I don't answer the phone, it only rings twice, and hangs up. They never leave a message.

Hi, DR....i had the same problem....in fact it was the very same number....2x a day for 2 weeks now...i just called this company today about 8 times in 20 minutes just to make them aware how annoying it was what they do....one guy hang up 4 times, he was very rude....then there's a girl who hang up also....finally there's this guy, i begged him not to hung up on me and that i really want to resolve this issue now...i found out that the company, RPM - Receivables Performance something is looking for this person who used to have our phone number before, he said they will take my phone off their list, i did not believe him....so now i am trying to convince my husband to have our number changed....i hope you have a piece of mind from these people, i do understand they have to earn a living but somehow i wished rude people like them (except for that last guy i spoke with) would just stay home and menace their own selves.

This number has called me about 20 times in the past 2 weeks.  I am only 18 years old, never had a credit card or anything like that, and they insist that I owe for an old debt.  They are very rude and won't tell me exactly what the debt is from.  Obviously I know that I don't owe anything to them.  don't fall for this!

Ya, another collections agency. the reason they hang up and do not leave messages is because it is illegal for them to call cell phones and/or phones on a do not call registry. they are hoping that you will get annoyed, call back, and then, because you have contacted them, it is ok for them to have your number and continue calling you.

This morning I recieved 5 phone calls within 20 minutes starting at 8 am.  When I answered I found out this is for a debt i have already paid off, but they will not stop calling my cell and work number even though i have asked them to stop.

This people called me almost every day since July 2008. They are trying to collect a debt with an Orchard Bank credid card that I did not have. I called directly to the Bank and they told me that is nothing with my social security number there. Beware!!!!. Call your bank first and do not autorize an electronic check. They are very suspicious.

Call every day - we know number by heart and don't answer.  Tonight (10:15pm) they called again (5 times today.)  I'm going to complain to the donotcall registry.  I'm going to change my number...Such a waste of time.  What do they expect?  Are there really stupid people who will just give up payment info to them??  Amazing.

This caller has constantly calls thru out the day, interupting our business calls with customers. They are very annoyed and have no respects. They are call RPM, some sort of bill collectors. According to law, when calling continuously thru out the day, is considered harrassment!!

Calling without leaving messages, now that I have read all the complaints I will just block them from calling. The vultures are circling, and more than likely some other leach looking for a quick buck.

i recieve phone calls from this number every hour on the hour, and have been for about a month. no one leaves a message, so i returned the call and was told i owed some money. i know positively that i do not owe these people a dime. i have asked them to remove me from their calling lists but to no avail. i have since blocked calls from this number

This number calls me all the time!!!! They call at least 5 times a day. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so how do I get them to stop calling? The calls started when I inadvertently signed up for information online from an online college. I started getting tons of calls from all over the country. It's driving me nuckin futs!
