Called and failed to leave a message. I have no prior contact with this number. I was unble to research annything further on this number other then it claims to be a cell phone from the Moab, Utah area.

I get TONS of spambot calls and suspect this is just a newly spoofed number being used.

Called my phone, no message, blocked number.

Received a call, no messege and when I called back it said the number has been changed.

Answered, only silence. Blocked.

Never anyone there just silence. Blocked it from my landline which is the number I give out. This was on my cellphone, which is a number I don't give to anyone but family and friends. Soo there you have it --- more bullsquat!

Just got a call from that number. Never had to do anything with Utah. Time for some more blocking.

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number which showed up as from Utah.  I didn't answer, but looked it up here while it was ringing instead.  So far no voicemail.  I have no business or family in UT so I'm sure it's junk!

Answered, recorded telemarketer message about some sort of medical device.

Called my cell phone at 1:33 pm. I answered thinking it was someone else. It was just dead air and no one spoke on the other end. the phone number comes back to Moab, Utah. I live in Utah. Not sure if that helps.

This number just called, I answered. It was save money on medical devices, followed by saving money on coupons and prescription drug card. It said to press one to continue, I didn't press one, and then it just cut off. Wonder what happened if I was to push 1? I've noticed I've been getting spam bot calls lately. Is this a new thing or possibly illegal?

it is illegal to solicite a cellphone so yeah you're right

any member of his family is guilty of a misdemeanor.
2.    Every person who makes a telephone call with intent to annoy another is, whether or not conversation ensues from making the telephone call, guilty of a misdemeanor [up to $1,000 fine, six months’ imprisonment or both, or 200 hours community service].
3.    Any violation of subsections 1 and 2 is committed at the place at which the telephone call or calls were made and at the place where the telephone call or calls were received, and may be prosecuted at either

also the reason they can't solicite to a cellphone is because the number being dialed which in this case is a cell phone is not a permanent line therefore if say I have a prepaid phone the call received from a solicitor would cost me money.. So bottom line if it's a cellphone being called you could seek monetary compensation.

This was an automated call from AARP directed at seniors. I'm not a senior.

Called my Verizon cell phone!!  I called back  -  it said "Welcome to Verizon Wireless.  The number you have called has been changed, disconnected or assigned to a different area code."  With all the money we pay to have this garbage blocked, how are they getting through?  Very annoying!!!!

Ditto on the unknown caller and block placed on it.

Odd that my cell service is also with Verizon.  So much for the Do Not Call privacy protection.
