Call from Quebec, no message left

Offering "free" travel tickets ....   called just after 9am on a holiday, waking people up.    Reported to the "do not call" folks.

Received a call from 438-800-0478 saying congratulations you have won a free trip to the Bahamas or where ever they decide it is. Very annoying. put my name on do not call list but that doesn't work

I got the call too.  I didn't answer it but it's the second time they've called in the past couple of days.  Does anyone know how to stop the calls?

Reçu un message enregistré qui dit en anglais que j'ai gagné un voyage au Bahamas, je viens de le recevoir à nouveau mais je n'ai pas décroché cette fois ci.

Called at 6:41 AM.  Annoying.

Called Manitoba at 9 am.  I didn't answer.

DCMMF

I called back and got a recorded message that said I was too late to take their survey and to press 9 if I wanted my # removed from their list , which I did.

Have received several calls from the following 1-438-800-0478 in the early morning hours. No message is ever left. Very annoying.

No name displayed.  No message.  Probably one of anonymous scammers that call periodically.  We don't answer calls anymore that don't display the business name.

Not answered, no message left, no name displayed.

Same here... Called around 10:00 and I didn't answer.
