This number calls my cell like 5x a day.  THe one time i answered they asked if i would be home tommorrow as they had court papers to serve me?  I asked for whom, and they said someone elses name...totally different than mine!  (this was on a friday) so then they call me again on a monday, and some daz asked me is this mr (same name they said wrong last time) so then i asked who it was, and he hung up on me.
These ppl are scammers, dont answer, and block the number!  Beware of this phone scam.

These people have been calling me for months. They always ask for the same man when they call. No matter how many times I tell them to stop calling they won't stop. They're always leaving me voice mails and they get really rude when I say that they have the wrong number.

These people have called me in the past looking for a family member, last time about 3 years ago I asked them how much they make a year scamming people and they hung up. This is the first time they called in a long time and I asked them again and they hung up again. Talk to ya 3 years from now!!

This number keeps calling I never answered and never Will it just looks scamish then I Googled and found these comments.....

Ok so this is odd. These people have been calling my home number and I told them not to call anymore. They then called my disconnected cellphone. I have no idea how in the world they did it, but the call actually came through. It is really freaky.

I received a call this evening (3-4-13) asking for me. She said she was from Civil Procedure Division of SM & assc.  She said she had sealed papers she wanted deliver to me tomorrow if I would be home.  I asked what kind of papers, she said she didn't know, they were sealed. I asked her, "you have no idea what's inside or who they're from, how do I know there isn't anything inside that might hurt me and I find it hard to believe any company would just deliver an unknown package."  She informed me she is just trying to do her job and to answer yes or no to tomorrow....and yes I said NO!!  lol

Beth, that was right on!  Just hang up on these loosers.  I told the one i banged his mom..then he asked me how was it?
That right there should tell you its a scam!
