Calls my cell shine but it is a man with a message telling me to call thus number back 440 220 6323 its a fraud call. It has no company name just the number and under it says Ohio. Fraud fraud fraud

Received a  call on cell phone about a case against me

Received a  call from this number, the person left a voice message saying that i needed to call back because there is a "case" against. This has to be fraud, never mentions my name. Listen to the message http://1drv.ms/18XURk4

The person begin the so called Trent Neilson automated voicemail, you are a scummy low life son of a [***]! I bet if I run a reverse lookup on that number, it will come back as a burner cell phone. Your entire purpose in life is illegitimate. Go get an honest job, get with the system and really go and govern your sorry mind accordingly.

I just got a phone call from the person and I was told that I was going to be arrested and so on and so on and so on. I was told that the warrants were being issued for the county I was living in. I asked the guy "which county" and I asked him again "well which county is that". He never would tell me what it was for but I was being arrested. Then he told me if I was stupid, I told him "I must be" and then he quickly hung up on me.

I must still get around 20-30 of these phone calls a month for 2-3 years I have been getting them and not one time has a warrant for my arrest gone out.

I got a message from Trent Neilson as well saying it was about a debt and that myself or my attorney needed to call back.  I called back and this incredibly rude lady answered and would not allow me to speak saying that I took a loan out and never paid it back.  Gave me the last 4 digits of my social and the completely wrong birth date a bank name that has been closed for several years now and that I stopped banking with years ago and an address that I haven't lived at for about 7 years now.  Total fraud.

Threatened to arrest me. For some payday loan.  Then when I start asking questions they hang up

Received an automated call from Trent Neilson stating there was a case against me and to press one to talk to one of their agents.  Asked who they were calling for and why they were calling.  Person hung up when I started asking questions.       These people are also calling from     440-973-9845..   Shows up as Litigation Serv...     They have the last 4 digits of the social security #......Total scam

Received a call from both of these numbers today.... Both callers hung up when I told them my husband was an attorney and would be investigating these so called charges and the so called company they work for..... Total scam....... The only thing to give them is hard time in a PRISON cell.......

Just had a call from him too, scam!! These people really need to go away!!
Said his name was Trent my lawyer and I should call.. Sorry Go AWAY!!

Got a call from this number threading me to be arrested over some pay day loan told me she would have to see if they will let me pay it back and put me on hold and never came back on so I hung up

Looks like the "govern yourself accordingly" crowd has struck again!

Got a call from this guy just like the rest of you about paying a cash loan that I took out.   Problem is that I never have taken out a cash loan.  This jerk needs to be stopped before a lot of people lose everything they have.   Fraud!!!!!

Saying he's from Pre-Trial Intervention and there is a case against me. What a douche.

Received a call from them today..Everybody that I spoke with was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL...I called our local police department to make sure there was no charges, the officer called them back, and they hung up on them too..

I have got call from this number today. I asked if I could get something in writing and where did this payday loan come from. Trent can't tell me where it was coming from and he also told me that he couldn't send me nothing in writing.

Can't send nothing in writing? Law states that within 5 days you have to rec letter head stating the nature of the telephone call. That's a red flag telling you (and us) that they are scammers. :-)
