A man said he was with litigation department threaten me, a warrant for my arrest and that I would be pickup today.  I told them to contact my attorney and he hung up on me.  Right before I said to contact my criminal attorney he got very nasty.

Beware of this number I received a call claiming I had a unpaid payday loan and identified himself as Mr. Davenport threatening me with filing fraud charges and a arrest warrant if I didn't pay $1019  I ask what company did I owe and he couldn't give me a particular lender and as I asked more and more questions he hung up I called back and again he hung up I called back again and asked for a supervisor and again I was connected to mr. Davenport who assured  me the supervisor would tell me the same thing and then he responded I suggest you work on getting the money by 2 pm or you will be arrested and hung up again I called back and this time Mr. Davenport told me to stop calling with questions and get the money if I called back he would file harassment charges me.......lol how convenient he can harass me but I can't ask questions
