8:45AM Christmas Eve received call, rang until answering machine picked up, no message left, was dial tone once answering machine recording started.  We do not owe anyone to be having a debt collector calling us.  Read the past posts to this board about number being tied to a debt collector.

Annoying, especially on Christmas Eve!  Computer phone calls should be outlawed!

Debt Collector called National Enterprise Systems.  Sallie Mae student loans turned me into them when I defaulted on a student loan.   If they are calling then it means YOU owe a bill.   Trust me, you should talk to them and try to make payment arrangements or they WILL garnish your pay!

[***]. You are trying to make a foreboding message about paying NES by haunting message boards that are designed to let consumers know about predatory zombie collectors - the types that buy up expired debt for mere pennies, then harass for collection on the full amount. Most likely you are a dude, to boot, you damn pansy.

If you answer the call, the recording gives you 4 options to choose. 1=take the call 2=put the call on hold so you can get the person 3=the person lives at the address but isn't home 4=the person does not live at the address. If you choose 4 they should stop calling.
