I keep getting calls from this number and he says his name is David Taylor,but I am not sure that is a true and correct name.  He is a Con artist...
Don't listen to him... Notify all sites you can to catch this guy.

He generally doesn't leave messages but a few times has a very monitone voice and a bit of a foreign accent...I think German,,,, but says he is Native American...  I know that can not true..
Anyway...he   tries to get me to send him money ... to pay for something he claims he needs to finish a job to get home to his family.  

He is a scammer DON"T send him any money  Wants it wired W Union or M gram to some other country and when that fails he says oh they have the part in NY.. so send him money ..but he claims to be wealthy.. just Can't get his hands on money for this part..  and YOU are the only person he can trust to help me ...  and Can't let anyone else know about it or his business..
I told him NO but he keeps calling .. he is relentless and ignores what you say.. just keeps pressuring you to get him money then claims you must love it because you WON"T send it to him..   DUH!!!!! it is  MY/YOUR Money to do with as we wish..  and that is NOT SEND IT TO HIM....  DELETE and BLOCK this guy... FAST..... GOD BLESS YOU....

I have been getting a caller from this number as well for over a month.  He says his accent is German.  I met him on a Christian dating site.  He has waited a month before he asked me for money.  Can this be the same guy using the same number each time.  He has sent me numerous emails and text but never asking for anything until this week, ending in 8/3/2012.

Interesting that he contacted you on a dating site.  I was on a Christian dating site when I met him.  That is how I met him but he used a different name.  He sent numerous emails and texts never asking for anything.  When I asked him for a picture he sent me several.  Has been polite and only asked for money this week ending in 8/4/2012.  We have talked for over a month.  Can he possibly be the same guy using the same number every time?  The phone carrier is Teleport Communications and I am doing a reverse lookup on him to see what I can find out.  Thank you.

I was scammed by this guy, he told me his name was Michael White and lived in Ohio, but he is in Ghana maybe, very complicated, he puts a lot of pressure to get money, I came to him at a dating site, this is the most horrible thing that ever happened to me, it looks like it is a group, if you google romance scams, they explain all about it and how to report them.

This number is classified as a telemarketer which makes me think, he is part of an organization
He does not get all the money.

I see he has been very busy.  Odd he used the same name and number.  Address has changed too when you look it up.  The email address he gave also seems to belong to someone else.  As you said very complicated.  I would like to hear more of your story.  I know ladybug well.   He has been scamming her too.  She has learned a valuable lesson.  Together we should one another not to get hurt by groups like this.
