I didn't answer the call

I don't know who it is.

I don't know who it is.

Recieved calls from this number a few times, with no message left. I called it twice. Both times someone answered and said they were from Publishers Headquarters. The first time the lady asked my name, then said she couldn't hear me, and then disconnected. The second called disconnected after she stated "We are Publishers Headquarters"

BBB shows this as a foreign lottery scam. i didn't answer

If you were notified from your credit card that purchases would make you eligible for prizes, this company I guess is doing the follow- up.  First started by saying if we were were winners they would have to notify us by mail - so they were checking our address. Kept my wife on the phone for a long time and she finally hung up.

I got 2 calls from this number. Please have an official check this out. What they are doing may not be legal.
