Calls incessantly but won't speak when you answer. If you dial it back, it's only a tape  promising to call you again! Reporting them to the do not call registry.

Got a call @ 2:14PM Sunday 8-31-08. Didn't answer! If they can't put down
a They're name, you will not get us to answer!!! Perhaps someone trying to get money that they are not due. Will report them!! And if you want to do business, don't do it on the Lord's Day!

Said they were calling on behalf of my daughter ER vist to a local hospital to assess the quality of care. The call came through as unknow name but the number was revealed.

Whoever it is calls all the time.  Didn't recognize the number so I called it.  It got me nowhere and I still get calls from it.  Came to this website and found others.  Don't answer and don't call back.

I got a call from this number and checked my voicemail. It was from someone calling to conduct a survey regarding a recent visit/exam at a hospital I go to. I called the number back and ther is a message stating that this is what they do. Since I also work for the Hopital in question I know that this is part of their quality care/customer service assessment and so this is legitimate.

I Got call also , I don't answer any calls unless I know who they are.
the caller ID came up as Breksville Ohio. They left no message.

I received this number 2 times. It says Brecksville, Ohio - I called back and they said they are Quality Data survey? Possibly for a health clinic. They do not give you the option to opt out of the calls.

They called my cell phone once, and work phone SEVEN times in a row.  No answer - I'm going to hang up.  Yesterday the same number called my cell and asked to do a survey for a recent visit I had at a local hospital.  Have some respect!

Received call Aug 19 between 6-7pm.  No answer when I picked up.

Survey of recent visit to MASS GENERAL, thanks for spamming me MASS GENERAL, GIVE ME A BREAK.  Bad enough on registration you have to ask me my ethnic back ground and education  level.  What th ehll does any of this have to do with my damn medical.

It is a service for a hospital of a Doctors visit you may have had. It certainly gives you a chance to complain why they ask certain questions. Maybe they have a good reason.

Voice mail-identified as something about "data management" from Mass General and mentioned the name of a Dr I haven't visited at MGH. It was only the first time (more may follow) but I was confused until I read the previous posts, even more because I had applied for a job there a while ago so I wondered if it had anything to do with that.

We have gotten five calls ! from this number asking about recent "Quality of Care" at a University of California medical center. Trouble is, when I called back, it is a SCAM! DO NOT ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK.

Just because they CLAIM to work for the hospital or doctor, DOES NOT MEAN IT IS TRUE!  It is a SCAM to get your personal ID information. I called the medical center and they never heard from this SNOOPING OUTFIT.  They are IDENTIFY THIEVES.  The University of California healthcare system does NOT employ any outsiders like this.

This fake "Survey" caller 440-627-0165 in Berkeysville, Ohio tries to get your private medical information.
They are a SCAM, a FRAUD! Do NOT Give Them Any Information! They will steal your identity and bank account and sell your private medical information to highest bidders.

You can battle them by filing an easy online complaint with the US Govt: Federal Communications Commission, the FCC. They will follow up and they run the "Do Not Call" system for us, too.

We've been receiving calls from (440) 627-0165 for almost a week now. The first time a woman left a message on our answering machine claiming to be conducting a survey for Massachusetts General Hospital. No messages have been left with subsequent calls.

This # has called multiple times, the first time wanting a survey for either metro or parma hospital after a recent visit, can't remember. Now they keep calling, no messages are left. After checking online i see they go by multiple names for multiple hospitals nationwide. Not sure if it's a scam or not but not worth the time!

They left a message when I missed a call. The message said that they are conducting a survey about "Quality Care" for UCLA. For subsequent calls I recognized the phone number and didn't answer; it's just waste of time. Since then they started to call day and night. I blocked the number.

These people are nasty...they probably get some from phone company,  also, for minutes usage...I hate surveys.
