Call on caller ID says Painesville Ohio no message left, have NO idea what they may want and when I called them back it took a while for it to even ring in and after about 4 or 5 rings the line went dead with no one there.  No recording on the other end either so my guess is a robo dialer phishing for information.

Caller ID also said Painsville,Oh. It's one of the "energy" companies authorized to offer a so called rreduction to Duke Energy customers. I asked them how did they get my unlisted phone number...that I had previously ask to be taken off the call list. The girl shouted in my ear...that she would take me off the list herself.

I picked up the phone and said. "Chello" and the other end hung up. Glad to know it's a "energy" company. I will block them.

I did not recognize the number and did not pickup.  CallerID: Unknown Name;  Left No Voice Message.

Dirtbag telemarketer calling about my Duke Energy bill. I told them to remove me from their scumbag telemarketing list.

Received a message saying that NSTAR electric in Massachusetts is giving a supply rate reduction for February 2015.  Said you must call a special number and give information to get this rebate.  This is NOT NSTAR.  I believe reductions will be automatically applied when the rebate occurs.

Said it was about Nstar rate reduction. Wanted me to get a copy of my bill. Told her it didn't say Nstar on the caller ID so I wasn't talking to her -- would contact Nstar myself, if required.

Got a call from 440-721-4682. No one at the other end of the line.

This place calls several times a week even after I asked them not to call anymore.    They are calling to get you to switch utility companies - this is very annoying.    

Hi everyone, I just got a call from this number but didn't answer. They left no message. I wonder how they know who all the NSTAR customers are... I got another energy company  call yesterday too, but from a Boston number.

They also call Duke customers they will not save you money - do not answer the phone.

Caller ID read 440-721-4682. Did not recognize so did not pick up. No voicemail left. Other posts refer to Duke energy. Beware!! They'll offer you cheaper rates from NSTAR but unlike NSTAR they aren't regulated with respect to their rates. Bottom line: In a few months they'll hit you with a big increase and you have no recourse!!

I just received a call from 440-721-4682 informing me about the NSTAR rate reduction that "will take place shortly". However, in order to qualify, I needed to grab my electric bill and provide this or that information. Which I did not, since this is clearly a scam!

F.U.P.O.S. called me and I don't use NSTAR or Duke.

This number has called me every day for the last week, including Sunday. The one time I picked it up, they started talking about my Nstar bill. I told them I'm not a user of Nstar. They then asked me if I was with National Grid. I hung up on them. They were phishing for information about me. There has to be a way to get rid of these phishers.

440-721-4682 calls my house a couple times a week. Never leaves a message. Glad I read all the posts. I am an NStar customer. Caller ID shows "Unknown Caller".

Incessant calling at all hours of day and night. Did not pick up.

Received a call from 440-721-4682   I answered with a "hello" multiple times & then the line went dead.

Please remove my number from your list. I am on the do not call.
