Received calls on March 16th, 17th, and 23 so far, no messages and would LOVE for them to STOP calling, my phone has been registered as a NO CALL phone! Dont want whatever you are selling, STOP THE MADNESS

I have also been getting numerous calls from this number. Annoying!

was not home when this number called I also do not have voice mail or message machine.  I am on the do not call list. They need to stop or get sued.

They were selling subscriptions to The Newton Daily News in Newton, Iowa today.  I'm on the do not call list too.  The Newton Daily News has been told by people receiving these unwelcome solicitations that they are receiving these calls and are on the do not call list but evidently the Newton Daily News doesn't care to comply with the law.

Called at 12:56 today and left no message. I'm tired of telemarketers on my cell phone!!!

Please quit calling------------or at least say something!!

Received call 5/10/11 from these people asking if we are interested in subscribing to The St Augustine Record. Since we do already, we mentioned that this was third time they called and to not call again. I called St Augustine record and they said they do use telemarketers and didnt know if this number that called us was one. They said they would gladly take me off their "do not call list" as did the telemarketer who said they would also. Guess you can call the number and asked to be removed or by the paper they call representing. Usually if thetelemarketer doesn't answer when you pick up, its because the computer dialed the number and waits for operator to speak.

They said they do not have to comply with "do not call" list.

I receive calls from this number every so often. Very annoying! They leave no message either!

It seems they are a company hired by other companies (newspapers) to inquire about quality of service and/or subscriptions.

I'm not sure if providing my phone number will effectively stop the calls or may confirm to them my number is valid and call me even more often. Maybe I am being paranoid, but I have not tried giving my number yet. If anyone have tried it or dare to try it before me and see that it works please let everybody know by posting a message in this forum.

Phone rang several time around 7:30 PM on 7/7/11.

Did not recognize number on caller ID.

Did not answer.

Don't they know it's dinner time!

4 R Newspaper Sales. They called me to renew my local newspaper subscription are hired by a newspaper that you have or had a business relationship with so they are probably exempt from do not call. They do not appear to be fraudulent. You should ask them not to call back and see if that works.

When these people call me they and I answer they say "hello?" repeatedly then hang up. They also leave very weird messages that I am not able to understand. I don't subscribe to any newspaper so how do they have my number? Super fed up with it!

Have gotten 2 more calls consecutive days from this number on my cell phone!!!!! It is registered for NO CALLS ~Need it STOP! Not buying whatever it is your selling

Just received a call at 10:53.  I receive calls almost daily from different numbers I do not recognize.  I too am no the do not call list.  These are all to my land line.  I don't answer my phone anymore, and my kids and their Dad complain, but what's the point!  Do I get an unpublished number?

Proof that the DO NOT call list does not work, I've been on it now 11 months!  This number and a couple others have called here several times and they do not leave a message!  Extremely annoying and it needs to stop NOW!!!

The Do Not Call list doesn't work!  I've been on it now for a year and the calls just keep coming!  So it's a waste of time!  
As for 440-887-0069 they keep calling 10 times or more a day!  Extremely annoying!

This is a new one for me. Must be a scam. Who owns all the newspapers in the US? ID reads "4 R Newspaper."
