      I have been getting calls from this company, Account Services for about a month now, and they call 4 to 5 times a day. I have tried to talk to the supervisor, only to be hung up on. I have asked for the companies name, I have threaten them with the BBB and I have blown a whistle in their ear and they still keep calling and bothering me. How do you get them to stop? I am on the no call list also.

    I received an automated call about my credit card account.  Pressing "1" forwards you to a customer service representative who will not tell you the name of the company, just that they're calling because you have a high interest credit card and you have good credit.

    After talking with a supervisor and doing a little web research, I learned the company was Americare Software Solutions (web address: www.americaresoftwaresolutions.com), registered address is PO Box 105603, Atlanta, GA 30348-5603.  A John Stevens, who was the floor supervisor at Americare hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor.

    According to the Georgia Secretary of State's records, Americare Software Solutions was incorporated by Kelly Lonas of 224 Ripple Creek Drive, Marietta, GA 30060.  The Registered Agent is a Heather Lenzen of same address.  Kelly Lonas is also the registered agent of VP Marketing LLC.  VP Marketing LLC's organizer is listed as James A Schoenholtz of 4501 Circle 75 Parkway, Suite #A-1225, Atlanta, GA 30339.

    That address is the same on these boards as VersaDebt that calls from (954) 689-7681.

      I'm glad to see that others are dealing with this same thing.

      Were you successful at getting them to quit calling you?? If so, how?

      I have been getting calls from  "Account Services" approximately 2-3 times a week for a couple months!  We, too, are on the national "Do Not Call List."

      All of the numbers they call from are listed as Florida numbers; however, they are conveniently disconnected.  I've seen- 321-235-8331, 305-222-1966, 305-445-8932.  I have reported them on the Do Not Call website, but so far, no one has contacted me.

      How did you get them to admit they were with Americare?  I called Americare, and they claim I'm not on any of their calling lists.  But they did act suspicious, as they wouldn't give me a number to their enrollment department... they said they could only make outgoing calls.

      Any advice? I've obviously told them to take me off the list, but it's driving me crazy.  I'm on a mission to bring down these preying idiots. By the way, when I asked if I could verify their return number, they gave me an 800 number to Visa- which of course, said they don't make calls like that.

    Have been receiving automated calls from 'Heather at Card Services' twice a week for 2 months. We are on the do not call list. Pressing 1 connects you to a live person, who asks all sorts of information about your credit card but refuses to give their phone number or the name of the company. Numerous times, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the caller hung up.

    Today I was connected to a supervisor after insisting on it for nearly 10 minutes. She gave me the name of the company as Americare Software Solutions, and told me that the phone number would be on the website.

    I received a call from Heather at "Account Services." I hung up as soon as I heard the automated voice. I was immediatley suspicious when the phone number was 2 digits longer than normal.

    I received the same calls as those described above.  I have just filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and encourage you to do the same.  Thank you for providing information about who these dirtbags are!

    Mapquested the above addresses and none of them exist. Maybe the GA Secretary of State would like to know about this.

    The 442-074-374482 number that Kristin received is a number from London, England.

    Many of the other posters received only 10 digits of the 12-digit phone numbers of these calls. Such as: 442-074-2550. There should be two more digits. There is no 442 Area Code for the U.S. OR Canada. It would read like this: 44 20 7425 50xx-whatever the other two numbers would be.

    The breakdown follows for Kristin's call that she received:

    44 is the Country Code for the U.K.

    20 is the City Code for London followed by the eight digits.

    44 20 7437 4482.

    I received a taped message from one of the London numbers last year.

    I receive a call almost every afternoon from "Account Services-- Boca Raton, FL  Phone (561) 482-7092.  The call starts out "This is Heather from Account Services....."  Sounds like the same as other reports except I have a different phone number.  Perhaps it will help.

    I get the same inquiries as the people who've posted in this thread; when I ask them who is requesting this, they hang up.  Thanks for posting this thread..they just ask me if I want lower interest rates on my credit card.

    I readily got the company name from Americare Software Solutions. I suspect that they also solicit under the name of ClearBreeze Solution, who not only refused (most of the time) to give me the company name, but put me on hold for half an hour and then hung up on me. Through process of elimination (and also deduction, I figured out that CleerBreeze and Americare Software Solutions are the same company. I happened to receive mailings from them both. They were close to identical.)Since Clear Breeze Solutions hung up on me, I tried Americare Software Solutions, again. The first time I called, they denied existence of a company by that name. They did however, have Clear Breeze at the number for Americare. After repeated calls, I finally got through to an operator, who admitted that the number was a messenging center for both Americare and Clear Breeze. I tried Americare. They persuaded Washington Mutual to lower the interest rate from 32% to 26 percent. That by itself saved almost four thousand dollars in interest over the life of my credit card. I pointed out to Americare (866) 884-6548) and Clear Breeze (877) 383-7748) that there was a duplicate charge on my credit card. Americare's manager said they would make an adjustment and to go ahead and fill out the paperwork. The debt ($990.00) from Clear Breeze Solutions, was going to be refunded by Americare Software.  This, after I told them that I had contacted the Better Business Bureau, who claimed that Americare went out of business several months ago. Americare's Manager vehemently denied this statement.They told me that the refund would appear on my credit card within a month. It hasn't been a month yet, and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, I'm going to fill out the paperwork, and see how they do.

    I knew it was scam when recorded message about lowering my credit card rates didn't identify credit card or company name.  When I pressed "1" and got to a live person, she started asking me personal stuff, and instead of answering, I (as did most of you) started asking HER questions about her company. I was sitting at my PC when I got the call, so I asked her for their website and she said I couldn't get that info until I was assigned a "Personal Consultant" and HE would give me that info. I asked if she was "soliciting" and how she got our phone number (to which she replied "from the Credit Bureau")HA ! Anyways, after my answering her questions with MY questions for 7 minutes, and advising her we were on the NC list, she hung up on me!

    I got the same call today (05-27-2008) from "Heather" at "Account Services".But my answering machine took the call.
    Their phone number did not show up on caller id.
    They give you two choices:
    press 1 to talk to someone , or press 2 to cancel further notices.
    I suspect they will call back.

    I am a former employee with Clear Breeze Solutions, aka financial services, all they do is talk about how stupid people are for letting them charge their accounts. When I found out that the people I worked for really didn't help people I was insulted. I should have seen the red flags when there was a group interview, no background check or anything.  Even doing the group interview they tell everyone that it is an inbound  call center for existing customers. So really, the employees are getting scammed too.  Then they bring this guy in who shows us his pay stubs that are no less than $1000 and tells everyone how easy the job is; but, even then they don't let you know that he has a higher position than the one you're starting in.  So, the employees are the ones getting scammed initially. Not to mention they are treated like they are in sweat shops and most of the managers treat the employees like trash, taling down to them in front of the entire company, and the male upper management is running around like little dogs in heat. Long story short, I wouldn't give their sorry manipulative a**es the time off day. Not only do they sell you, the consumer, false hope, but they also sell the employees false hope.       Can anyone tell me anything about the ownership of Clear Breeze/financial solutions/DI enterprises? I've been harrassed and would love to know where and who they actually are before I file a complaint with the attorney general's office.

      I was also a recent employee of clearbreeze solutions/financial services/vp marketing formally known as di enterprises. This is a big scam. They lie to the employees just as they lie to the customers, the manager sean runs around yelling at people like they're animals. They even scam the employees on their paychecks, one week you'll be getting 10.00/hour the next week everyone will be on commission, even when they had the employees on an hourly rate the check were always less than what they should've been, even after taxes. The company is always changing the name and location. The verification department is a different company than the call center that actually calls the customers, the call center and verification department are underneath two different company names. this is not the only company that these scam artist have, they have car warrrenty place as well. These people are charging customers from 500 to 990 dollars for something they can do for free. BE AWARE OF THEM. IF ANYONE CALLS YOU ASKING YOU IF YOU WOULD LIKE LOWER INTEREST RATES HANG UP. YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF FOR FREE.
