The minute I activated my new TracFone I started getting calls from this number.  They are relentless.  I have never answered a call, I always hit the ignore button because I don't know anyone in that area code so I knew it wasn't a legitimate call.

This is a collections company for Capitol One credit card division.

NCO Financial, a Capitol One credit collections company. Regardless of the fact that they have the wrong number and inform you that they will remove you, they simply call from another number/office location.

They keep calling harrassing calls....looking for my son, who no longer lives with me,  I have asked several times to remove my number from their collection list.........they say they will but I still recieve calls, 5 to 10 times aweek.  I have reported them to the FTC.

Lady from this number called for alyssa munoz.  Advised her she has the wrong number.  She said she will remove me from "the database & should take effect in 24 hrs". Caller ID says NCO Financial Services.  Lady was evasive and sounded simple/slow.  Reported to www.donotcall.gov.

I had cancelled my Capital One card in  Feb. Paid bill in full. They are still calling.

Calls are coming in at all ours. They changed the number hoping to get an answer. I do not owe them anything.

443-205-1056 - CAPITOL ONE

Folks! this is not a collection agency it is NOC Caitol One. They solicite many people
who do not, and never have had an account with Capitol One to phish for information.
They also call from many different area codes so you do not recognize who is calling you.
I became concerned when I first starting receiving phone calls from them from this area
code, 206 area code, 919 area code, and a few others. I phone back to speak with a
representative to confront the them as to who they are and why are they calling me.
The caller identified themselves as Capitol One then asked for my account number.
I told them I did not have an account, nor have I ever had an account with them. The
caller then asked for my name and telephone number so that they could check the records,
putting me on hold. She came back saying that indeed there were NO records of an
account with my name and phone number. They appologized and told me they would take
my name off the list to call. They never did. I repeated these steps about three more times
before I registered with the National Register DO NOT CALL list. If they continue to call I am
entitled to file an official report with the Federal Trade Commission. And pursue further action
to stop the harrassing phone calls.................

NOT a financial company ... this is a scam. Many other numbers used; many toll-free ones. BLOCK this one on your phone for piece of mind.

NCO Financial, they are relentless. I figured out how to send these calls directly to voice mail, my droid has a features that allows me to do that. They use like 7 different numbers.

I have never had a Capital One Credit Card, yet these people keep calling saying I owe them money. They never leave a message but have been calling every hour all day.
