Left no message on voice mail. Caller ID reported" "NCO Fincl Svcs." After further research, I found a few complaints and bad business reports on NCO Financial Services, a collection agency (but not certain if they are the same ones who called).

They kept calling all weekend and I am really sick and never failed as soon as I got to sleep they called. The last call I answer and just said take me off your list. I am very sick and everytime I get to sleep you call..That number stopped calling me and then the NCO 240-210-7153 started calling

I get periodic calls from this collection agency, and they are always for people who AREN'T me, but have similar names or lived in the same apartment complex as I do (same street addresses, different apt. #'s).  I've always answered, and when I tell them they are calling the wrong person they always say they will take my number off the list.  Each time they call it is for a different person.  It's truly annoying, but I'm not sure what can be done about it.

All of a sudden we started getting calls from this individual and when I did a search of this number in the search engine this website came up with the complaints of this number. We got 8 calls today from this number 443-205-1058 alone. While I was on the phone they called 4 times. Luckily I was able to block this number with my provider.

a search of NCO on the ftc.gov website shows NCO's illegal practices and the 1.5 million dollar law suit against them by the FTC.

Called 5 times in one day.  Now they call and will not answer me.  Very annoying.

these people called on my moms cell phone!  she did not know who it was and called it back as she was expecting a call from someone else.  They said it was for capital one an d asked for ME!  I have not lived with my mother for 14 years and I DO NOT give out her cell phone # to my creditors!!!  I have no idea HOW they would have gotten her number!  She told them I was not at the number and they asked if she gave messages to me -- no she said.  They told her they would take her number off their list.  We'll see........my question is, how and why are they calling my mother on a cell number I've never given out?!?!?!

they called her again!!!  right away.  she answered just to see.  when she answers, she says "hello, this is ____"  her name and they hung up!!!

Today I got the first call at 8:05am and then a call every half hour the last call came in at 8:55pm As far as NCO goes they can keep calling me because I am keeping a sheet on every call. I answer the call by saying hello if I do not get a response to my hello right away then I hang-up. This way I can show that they are harassing me with repeated calls with no answer.
