im not sure about this one but i keep getting calls from it. they might be scammers but maybe not becasue what they have been saying i owe but i dont. Please keep an eye out

Well, if you do not owe any money, but they claim you do, what else could they be but scammers?

SCAM! Sam Roth is using CMS and this number to attract people. He is saying that its a time sensitive matter and that you will go to jail if not paying X amount of money. Please be careful

I am not sure this is real. But git police at my job serving court papers saying I have to pay. Wat do I do.

They are putting his job in jeopardy. Wat should I do to help him.

Do you owe money to someone?  If you do, then you should pay them (or if you're having difficulties, let them know and try to work something out).  However, if you are being contacted by people other than the original creditor, you are owed - per federal law - proof of debt and proof that those people have the legal right to collect said debt.  If they refuse to  mail you this proof of debt/proof they can collect, then you should not pay - per the FDCPA.  You may have to contact a consumer lawyer for advice - many will not charge for the initial consultation (or charge a reduced fee).
