This number has called several times. They do not leave a voice message and when we answer, there is just silence. Caller ID says Severna Park.

Direct Energy calling to see if I was aware that my service had been canceled.

Multiple daily calls ... no message

Multiple daily calls today at 11 then at 3 ... don't these stupid auto dialer computers ever give up?

got a call from this number @ 9pm thought would call it back to see if was a telemarketer, when answered heard recording of frank sinatra imposter recording "fly me to the moon", when it finished went to another song that i just didnt want to stay on the phone for. Thanks for the heads up that its from Severna Park.

I get several phone calls from this number from several months ago until now April 3, 2012 more than five calls each day.  When I answer the phone is totally silence. No message left or anything, Is annoying. I put the number on reject list and the number it shown on the phone call logs.

This number is for Direct Energy. I had an account with them a while back but cancelled because I went from paying BGE $120 per month to paying Direct Energy $310 per month. They were suposed to save people money, but instead we were paying almost triple the amount of money. What a joke!  On top of it all, they are extremely rude people. They were rude to me when I tried to discuss why my bill was so much & they were even ruder when I cancelled the service. Then about two months later (maybe 3) they called to talk to me about the cancellation of their service. They started off with "did you know that the service was cancelled?", like I wouldn't have noticed the dramatic drop in my bill. Then the guy got rude when I had told him that I had cancelled the service. I didn't get truly angry until he said the same thing that the rude lady said when I cancelled the service (& this was even after he put me down/belittling me), he said "Look here. You're not listening to me!"  That's when I stopped him & said "You're not listening to me! Your ervice tripled my electric bill, every customer service rep has been extremely rude to me, your constantly harassing me & belittling me, I cancelled your service & I am not comming back! Please do not call me any more! Thank you & good bye!" I then hung up. Yet they still call me anywhere from 6 to 10 times a day.  Sometimes at almost 10 at night.

Direct Energy starts calling my home at 8:50 A.M. and continues to call throughout the day until 8:59 P.M. I actually answered the phone a few weeks ago and told them we were not interested. The calls have increased!

I get calls from this number several times daily but nobody on the other end. Tried calling back an a I get nothing but silence.

This number has called me and when I answer there is silence and then they just hang up. I call back and there's complete silence again and then they hang up again. It's so annoying!!

SOS - I get a call everyday.  How do I get rid of this??

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I also have received several calls from Direct Energy.  I did look up their website and they have many complaints about Direct Energy.  i appreciate the list that Tamianth provided.  I hope one of the places on the list will heed my complaint.  They do identify themselves on my caller ID but after reading 800 notes, I wonder if it isn't a scam.

I just called them and went off on them "Direct Energy" I told them if you continue to keep calling me from sun up to sundown I will sue them and stop calling my house number that I never gave to them. I spoke to a supervisor  and he put me on the do not call list!!! Let's see how long it last pretending to be Bge

Called it back, got a Frank Sinatra song.  Then it says thank you for calling Direct Energy.  Looked it up in white pages, (443) 261-0876  Owner's name hidden by Whitepages for privacy reasons.  Owner is based in Severna Park, MD.  VoIP - Bandwidth SMSEnabled.

This is a call from DIRECT ENERGY.
These calls are a nuisance - 2-3 calls each day.  It needs to be blocked.

People still have home phones? I seen a message on my smart tv saying the number was calling... Too bad for me I don't have a home phone to be able to cus them out

Please stop these calls.  I have never heard of this company and they call 4 to 6 times per day

Continually calls and does not leave messages. Shows as being a Dundalk number but can't find any information on it.
