no message left called twice in the last 20 minutes

Rang a few times, then stopped. Don't these idiots know yet that people don't pick up on numbers they don't recognize? But, I guess someone has to employ boozers  & junkies. ...

Has called me five times in the past two weeks. Whenever I pick up, no one says anything, and they hang up. Creepy as [***].

This is First National Collection Bureau. They called. I answered. They hung up. I called back. The guy named Quinn answered, said who it was. I hung up. How do YOU like it Quinn??

Have been receiving phone calls from this number the past few weeks.

left a message that they are a collection agency....they need to send a bill of some kind....don't know who they are .....had some hackers and scamers call me before , afraid to answer phone calls anymore....they need to stop calling it is harrasment any more with these people.....i get about 20 a day.....and they don't even leave a message.....then they want to call you back on a 800-8246191....don't know if i should....i would like to report these phone no.

Called twice in 10 mintues - first time hung up, second time nothing - caller ID just says Local Office

I get a call from this number at least 2 times per day but when I answer, it is dead silence... how do I find out who they are and get them to quit calling.

I have been getting calls from this number, Local Office on the caller ID, often so I answered it and tried to get to a person and could not.They asked for a person that does not live here. I live in a rental property and have been her for 7 years. she may have lived here prior to when I moved here I don't know?I called this number 800-824-6191 explained the situation and they said they would remove my number from there database.Hope they do because next time I won't be so polite!

They keepcalling and not leaving a msg.  When I call them, the line is busy.  Go away!!!

Got calls on home phone and had wrong person. They don't live here. Now pestering calls on cell phone. I will quit answering. Did get human voice one time but they hung up. Very annoying.

I receive these phone #'es also atleast 8 times a day 4 calls in the morning an 4 times in the evening hours  these ppl need prison time an sued for harassment by telephone the next time i receive a phone call from them I will be reporting this to the police here in PA or maybe contact the PA attorney general for proscuting these ppl.

additonal to previous post they even call my home phone my fire company phone  scammers are good hacking into computers getting personal info. from a person

They called me twice back to back about ten minutes ago. Been getting several calls a day from this number for the past month. I am about ready to change my number! I googled the number and found this page. They never say anything to me but they wont hang up unless I do. It's just complete silence on the other line!

i just changed my number the other day and are already getting theses calls.   i even put my new # on the dncl!  i didn't answer either.

I have already recieved two calls this morning, yesterday my phone was ringing off the hook with this no, I have just turned my ringer off. Everytime I answer it, no one is there. This is getting to be sick. I get no anwser when, I call them back, As I'm typing this, my phone is ringing with this crazy no. What else can we do? My caller ID says its the Local Office. What Local Office?
