    Annoyed
Caller said he was from the vehicle processing center and asked about a car I haven't owned since last year. Told him I don't own the vehicle (I didn't give any other info) and he hung up.

Calls my work phone every day. It shows on the caller id as "Business Services." I don't answer and they don't leave a message. One day, the person obviously didn't realize the voice mail picked up, so I have 1m30s voice mail with the person repeating, "Hello my I speak to <my name>, this is Clarence?"

This number calls my cell every day. I call back and a recording says in order to get taken off the list, I need to dial any number on the key pad. I have done this multiple times and they still call me. How do I get rid of this???

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
    Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit Amazon or similar sales site.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
    * Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
    * Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.

    * If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.
