Me too, did not answer and they left no voicemail.

I got a call this morning and ignored it, then got another call a few minutes ago, so I answered it. I could hardly understand the person calling, but they claimed they were from the "Medical Compensation" and then tried to ask me a question about (I think) if I have had certain types of surgery. I interrupted and said no, then completely couldn't understand the next few sentences they said so I simply hung up.

2nd call in two days. guy has a foreign accent...heavy. couldn't understand and hung up. worried that it's one of those scam calls where they connect you to some number in the caribbean and run up your charges...putting on my DNC list right now.
First time caller ID cam up 000-000-0000. this time 443-354-3144. where's 443 anyway?

Yeah, same thing... "medical compensation." Man with Indian accent saying his name is "John Parker." He was reading from a script saying he had this compensation for me. I told him to remove my number from the list and I hung up.

i am sick and tires of receiving these calls please help ,,, lets get together and report this comapny to law inforcement and get paid and then they will know next time to stop harrasing people .

This doofus rang up our phone not once, but twice today, neither time leaving a message.  Surely a data miner or some other form of scammer.  And while the 443 area code is an overflow area code for MD (usually used for mobile phones), this is a spoofed number someone's gotten hold of.  There was even a name on our CID that was definitely not "John Parker" or "Medical Compensation".  Ugh, so sick of these schemes and scams.  Thanks to all who took the time to comment & let me know we're not the only ones receiving this latest phony phone call.

I got a call on Monday and today, did not answer either times and they did not leave a message.

I got 2 calls at my office after hours, no message of course. Caller ID shows the name Scott Midkiff.

Update - I called the # & a recording states that Scott Midkiff's phone has been hacked & is being used for illegitimate phone calls & he tells people not to leave a message for him at that number.

This guy calls daily.  The person he ask for does not live here guess he is too stupid to realize it.

Same call as months ago   medical compensation.  asked if I had surgeries...told him I  don't discuss medical with strangers.  Today, I said "oh can I call you back?".....he put me on hold my cue to hang up....

I have had dozens of calls lately even though I'm on a "do not call" list.  They are scammers, and as I understand it from Snopes.com they can actually get into your computer and wipe out your bank accounts.  Hang up on these guys and report their numbers to your State Consumer's Services.  

I have received 3 calls from this number, asks to speak to my wife (by name).  The man speaks very broken English.  When asked the nature of the business, he makes mention of medical insurance (in one instance medical compensation.)  When I ask for further information he either hangs up or the line goes dead.  The name on the caller ID is Scott Midkiff.  

To everyone on this site and anyone else who's been inconvenienced by this, I would like to apologize. It's my phone number that these people have hijacked/hacked. It started late Monday afternoon. As of this afternoon I've had Comcast change my number but they said it may take 24 hours for the change to take affect.

Again, I'm truly sorry for this situation. I wish there was some way to track these people down.

I got call from this today twice, I never answer a number  unless I know, who it is.  I put it on call reject on my cell phone. I must have over 20 numbers on the list of spam calls. I am on no call list too.

I answered a call from this number and answered it "This is Megan" - they thought I said Kevin and continued to call me Kevin and said they were from the Medical Health Department. I said they had the wrong number, that I wasn't Kevin, and he hung up.

THIS # WONT STOP CALLING ME AHHHH SUCH HARRASSMENT! He first told me he worked for some medical company and started asking me questions then I told them to take me off his list and he started telling me he was going to show up to my house and F**k me AHHHHH this person seriously...now they call me ALL the time. Also if you call it back it goes to voicemail and it says the name of some guy who is sorry but his phone number was hacked and not to leave a message.

I have been getting calls for a month now with the same guy and he is saying the same things you all have been saying.  Is there a quick way to get to the FCC and report this?  Just wondering.

Got a call from this number at 7:00 am. I didn't answer and they left no voicemail.

I just got a call from this number...Said HELLO twice and no one responded. Hung up. Glad we have the ability to look up numbers and see these comments... ;) The next call will be ignored. :)
