Two hang ups in two days.  Both in the marning.  Caller ID says ElktonMD

Caller ID says "Out of Area"

This person called me about 3 times. i answered all three times and the caller said nothing. it is annoying me.

The Phone number: 4434066165 has been calling at least 2 times a day daily for some time now and they hang up or don't say anything when I've answered the phone,

multiple calls daily.  answering machine picks up call and it is kept busy by beeps from caller until run out of memory.

I keep getting call from this number on my caller ID.  It says unavailable.  I answered it today and no one spoke.  This is getting so annoying.  I am getting more nuisance calls now than ever before.  I am going to ditch my land line.  

I have answered this phone call several times in my office....no one ever seems to be at the end of the line!  CRAZY!

The phone rings 3-4 times a day and every time I pick up they hang up or no one is on the other end. How can I stop this from happening?

I have received 14 calls from 443-406-6165 in the past week.  Same story as everyone else, BUT this time, when I answered there was someone on the line!  It's the Baltimore Sun Newspaper!!!  I did let the person know about my unhappiness about receiving all this calls and no one would answer!!  He told me that the calls were computer generated.  SO...WHO CARES!!!!!  I did tell him I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST, didn't really bother him, as he kept doing his sales pitch!  I told him due to the fact of all of the unwanted calls/hangups....that he could take the Baltimore Sun Newspaper and put it where the SUN doesn't shine!!!

It's a telemarketer.  Make sure your number is on the national do not call list then call them back (usually #0 works to get voice mail), cuss them out and threaten them with a complaint to the State's Attorney General, the FTC, the FCC and Homeland Security and any other intimidating agency you can think of.

They call and never say anything, no background noise. I called the number back. Get an answer service that doesn't say who or what they are, just request to leave your name and number for a callback.  I think that's what they want, callbacks, and that's why they never answer when they first call you. I suspect they check their callback and then will put them on a list, so I guess I'll know soon enough. I do have Call Blocking and can stop it quick enough.
