Didn't recognize this Baltimore # so I refused it. The holder of the # was identified as PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. I've noticed lately that scammers use numbers local to me, supposing that I'll answer if I recognize the area code. Nice try.

Calls my cell phone but doesn't leave a message.

Keeps calling my cel phone, does not leave a message.

Called my cell phone, no message.

Called and left no message. Frustrating and can't block off this dumb Verizon phone.

Received a call from Disabled American Veterans asking for a $15 contribution.

No message left, I guess they don't need the money...

Supposing that this call is legitimate for said organization (Disabled American Veterans), I make my contributions pro-actively, not by solicitations.  I don't do business over the phone, unless *I'm* the one doing the calling.  Nowadays, all these kinds of calls show up as local, no doubt to increase the likelihood of us answering (or not!).

Number asked for money for breast cancer. I think it's a scam

Add a contact named telemarketing. Put all these type of calls in there. When they call back you know not toanswer answeranswer answere

Answered call from 443-451-3941- said they were calling on behalf on breast cancer research. I hung up.

Answered call from 443-451-3941. Asked for my father, even though this phone number has been in just my name for years. I told her I didn't know who she was calling for and she proceeded to say, well maybe you can help me and it was about breast cancer research as well. Hung up and blocked the number.

Telemarketing scam! Added to my rejects list and notified the FTC. DO NOT ANSWER!

called about a fund raiser for breast cancer research and never got my address
