This is the second call today we got on our two different cell numbers...message says to have proper identification  ready and call another number as they are trying to file complaint documents against you. The company is called CLS they also call from the following number 4109298169

Total scam! Do yourself a favor and block their number. Called me about a "legal" matter to deliver papers. They asked for me by a married name I haven't used in well over ten years. Told them they were a scam outfit and to cease and desist all further contact or they'd be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Called saying they'll send legal papers to my house and I have to provide them with proper identification. I tried to call them back and all I got was a machine telling me "this is the processing division please leave your message" They didn't even say what company they are or anything of the sort. This is a total scam

Caller left msg. saying they're trying to reach me about a complaint someone has about me, stated they're going to make two attempts to deliver legal papers to my place of business or my home...left no company name...

This is just an annoying scam.  There is no James Campbell there is no CLS , there are no "important legal documents"    DO NOT try to call these idiots back.  Ignore the voice mail and just block the number.

They called my mother here in fla and told her if she didn't pay the money they wanted they were going to kill her.. Well, very nice because this just happened about 3 minutes ago and our local sheriffs deputies is on the way to file a report for threats..

Same as others. James from CLS law firm called about important complaint documents that they are trying to deliver and will only make two attempts to my residence or place of employment. If I want to talk to their client, call 844-292-9779. Did not address me by name, and wanted me to be ready with proper ID.

Real process servers do NOT CALL before arriving. Save yourself a phone call.  After all, if it was real, wouldn't they say your name?   They are hoping to scare someone into paying them whether or not the debt is real.

I just received a telephone call from someone claiming to deliver papers to my resident or office

Called saying delivering papers have identification ready did not say who papers were for call 844 292 9779 for questions

called and said they had papers and it was going to deliver me to my house of job then say no names 3 hours and 45 minutes ago

The tipoff was the unusually severe, serious recorded voice explaining to try and settle with an anonymous complainant  or
that someone would be paying a visit to my residence. I immediately reported this sophomoric scam to the do not call list.

Same as all the others. Some fake message about having proper identification and two attempts to deliver legal documents to my residence or place of employment. Same phony James Campbell calling. Reported and re-registered my numbers on the Government Do Not Call Registry.

Certinally the strangest call ever...the same James Cambell everyone else reported calling them just left me a voice mail. He states there is a complaint against me and docs were being sent to my home or office...then they said if myself or my lawyer had any questions to call their client directly at : 844-292-9779. Has anyone gotten legal documents since delivered to their home???

Robot call, said it was a legal matter and that they would try to deliver it to my house or office and
would only try twice. I anxiously await the mail, if its fraud it instantly a federal offense.

Same thing happened to my mother in Florida she called me and Google led me here, she didn't fall for their crap and also works for an attorney so nothing came from it,though it probably would be a good idea to contact your local authorities and report it. Sure would be nice to set up a sting and get these SOB's  Phone number out of Baltimore Maryland a Mr. James Campbell who was a little hard to understand due to his crappy recording.

Received a recorded Says they are with Brock & Morton Consulting firm for a default payment. and to call back
at 844-292-9779. lol am tempted to call just tyo jack with, but dont want to waste my time with the idiots in the world.
I am simply going to block them, this is the forth call i received, and i am on a no call list.....
