Constantly calls my cell phone. Believed to be a charity.
These are cold calls that switch to an actual individual.
Never leaves a voice mail.
Based on other websites, it appears to be a clearing house for donations to a veterans organization.

6 calls in the past  week.
As I said, they never leave a voice mail.

Caller from this company called my home in northern VA on April 4 at 5:23 p.m. but left no message. The screen on the phone read "Baltimore, MD" but no individual name or company.

Calls cell and house at the same time!

Update - I called the number back (they keep calling every day at different times).
Received the tones of a disconnected line and the following recording:
Your Call did not go through, please try your call again later 144T

Obviously the caller id is faked and the individuals behind it are scammers or phishing
