443 is an area code of Baltimore, Maryland. Since I don't know anyone there, I didn't answer the call.

I have received the same calls. Sometimes two or three times a day. They call my cell phone first then my house phone.

Got that call here today, let the machine get it. No one there.

These people keep calling me 2-3 times a day. I usually do not answer but since they call constantly have answered twice. I can hear TV's and people joking around in the background and both times when I answered the person on the other end of the line was talking to someone else next to them. The first time they started talkig to me about buying new doors and windows for my house and I told them I wasn't interested and hung up on them. The second time I answered (about two weeks after the first time) I was livid because it was the 2nd time they had called me in an hour span and I went off on the guy. I told him to stop calling my house and he kept asking to speak to my boyfriend. These guys are definatly not kosher, not sure if they are trying to "sell" doors and windows that will never arrive, scoping out residences to rob them, or just doing a very elaborate prank. If they call again I will be contacting the authorities.

By the way, the number is definatly out of Baltimore, Md area.

I have recieved a call from 443-738-2082 that matches the descriptions above.  How do I stop this?

i also get these calls 2-3 times a day.  the extensions are always different though- sometimes 2073, 2082, 2076 and so on.  thanks for the infot for the FCC- i filed a report with them today.  i also think that they are not a real company and this is a scam!

I have been receiving calls from HV Contrctors for the past several weeks at least twice a day. I called them back and no one answered. I am gone all day at WORK. Can't these people get a real job or at least a hobby like watching paint dry or grass grow?!

I have been called everyday for weeks by this company.  I did a reverse look-up on the #.  It comes up as a landline in Pikesville, MD, which is a suburb of Baltimore.  I live in MD and am familiar with this area.  I am going to see if there are any complaints with the BBB or Chamber of Commerce in Baltimore County.

I live in Columbia, Maryland and have gotten the calls twice, when I wasn't at home, but they don't leave a message. Because my brother and I are in the contractor industry, I thought that someone was calling one of us about a job, so I called the number back several times and do not get an answer. I am wondering, what phone service all of you have, because I have been getting all sorts of weird calls since I have had my Comcast digital voice.

They have called before,,,,and like out of the blue have not heard from them,,,,,  Then tonight there goes the house phone.... then my cell. First time loking this up on the internet,  Glad I did.  Im in Dover DE

I too have been getting calls for weeks from this number.  But like someone else said dont know them so dont answer. They never leave messages on the voicemail.  In answer to one other persons questian I too have Comcast voicemail. And every time they call it is a different four digits, 2072, 2032,2067, 2024 etc.  This has been going on for weeks and weeks now. They call at least once a day sometimes more.
