Automated call doesn't identify itself, but asks that PERSON'S NAME be out on the line. Press 1 if you're that person or Press 2 to give time while you get that person. Or in my case, just hang up. :)

Since they don't identify themselves, and it's an "important call" for the person they're calling, I suspect it's a debt collector.

Keeps calling my phone and hanging up.  3 calls in two days.

Called automated message press 1 if name given press 2 if not or want number to be removed from call records. I Pressed 2 see how that goes. Typical automated legal disclosure of a debt collectors auto dialer bot. Now on my phones block list. Along with all the companies other numbers linked sites provided.

Garbage Call as Follows:  "Loan forgiveness and payment reduction by up to 60%. As part of the new student debt forgiveness act. Just passed by Congress. If you have more than $7000 in federal student loans. Press one now to check your eligibility and be connected to a live counselor. Or press five now. To decline this offer and be taken off our list."

Berks debt collection. They illegally reported a medical bill to my credit reports 2 days after sending letter. I was paying thru website then missed one payment so they blocked my payments. I now pay the hospital direct. Told them to eff off. She told me i had to stop swearing. No i effing don't i said just as i hung up. Horrible people using underlying tactics.
