    This is a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY with P.A. (Power of Attorney)or even a legit law firm - but the bottom line is this:
    IT IS A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY

    ANY information obtained from or by you will be used against you to the fullest extent of the law for the purpose of securing payment of that debt!

    Basically, they have 'bought' the rights to old/outstanding debts from the original creditors.  THEY MAKE $$$ IF THEY GET YOU TO PAY.

    They will send letters that are intended to frighten you into believing you will be taken to court & have your wages garnished if you do not respond.  

    VIP***  IF you have no intention on ever paying your debt:
    DO NOT RESPOND OR ACKNOWLEDGE ANY COMMUNICATION from the agency!  

    IF they call:
    tell them they have the wrong number and hang up!  
    IF they write:
    throw the letters in the trash

    yes thats correct. They will buy debts from the likes of Ford Motor credit (who were themselves notoriously usurious) and tack on fees and charges of 500 or 600 percent , or more of the original debt. They will threaten to garnish wages and accounts etc..they are in Maryland. If these jackals are pursuing you, be aware that maryland law allows debters to exempt from collection up to 6000 dollars in cash and 5000 dollars in other kinds of property (you should look up what kinds) this includes bank accounts. This should make what these people do EXTREMELY unproffitable. As a law firm they also handle personal bankruptcies, maybe this is their real money..they threaten to sue then scare you in to hiring them for a bankruptcy filing.

    Yes its an attorney office in MD Thiebolt Ryan trying to collect on a car I had repossessed 10 years ago! It fell off my credit report 3 years ago and this company can fall with it!
