Received a call on my cell from +914442237005. Isn't444 bogus?

They keep calling but will not leave a message. The number always starts with +91.

Been getting calls from this number multiple times since 3-24-08.  They spoke with an Indian accent and began asking about my debts and loans.

Called me twice within a span of 5 hrs.  I am kind of leary of numbers that call me and its more then the 10 digit numbers (including area code) im use to.

Got a call from 1-91-444-223-7005 on my phone. I answered, and heard a recording of a woman's voice with a US accent that said, "That number is not a valid extension..."

Next time I'll reject the call.

I keep gettin calls from this number and i went and looked up the first part of it to see where it's comin from and it's comin from India or Belem when i answered the phone i didn't hear anything but they call me like 3 times a day

Fist time i ever got a call from this number thought it was odd so i googled it and found this sight if they call again i'm going to find out who and what they want!!!

Called once, I answered, it sounded like an outsourced cold call from some sort of debt company. I let her throw her pitch, then I told her I was debt free. Now I get a call at least once a day from this same number.

Same boat as about everyone else.  I missed the call by 5 minutes.  Called it back and recieved a busy signal. Caller ID is the same exact # listed as above.

Tired of these Constant calls from these people..  Always saying they are "Lending Tree".  I've told them to stop calling like 10 times now...  I'm gonna find a way to stop this crap now!!!

I get that stupid phone call atleast twice a day. If I get it again I will just trace the call and see where it is coming from and let my friends at the FBI deal with this crap.

several calls from 444-223-7005 over the past few days. I do not answer but they keep calling. My number is on the "do not call list" but that does not seem to have any effect. If anyone has traced the call, please post the results.

I received 2 calls yesterday from this number. I think if you don't pick up they might not continue to call. If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up. If it is imortant, or a business call, they will leave a message.

I just received what must be about the 10th call from these people. The first few calls I responded "Not Interested", Last last 6 now I have asked to be taken off their list. Since they are calling my cell phone they are violation an FCC regulation in addition to the fact that they are not removing me from their call list.

In addition They claim to be "Lending Tree" or "Universal Lending Tree". After contacting lendingtree.com directly I have been informed that these people are not lendingtree.com and they have gotten several reports of this company masquerading as them. However apparently this company has not provided anybody with legitimate contact information so that lendingtree.com would be able to take any action.

I answered twice and got the same info as everyone else.  The second time I told them to remove my number from the list.  They still call at least once a day.  I no longer answer.  I hope someone can figure out what we should do.

Keep receiving calls from this number at my residence.  When I take the phone to talk to them to confront them they remain silent  Sometimes they speak a few words, and speak with an Indian accent, (India).  They seem to be acting on behalf on The Lending Tree, but when I send an e-mail to them (The Lending Tree)they play like Mickey the dunce!  The other members of my Family, say they are asking for someone that does not live here.  The surname they use is a name of a Family we know, and they are only one digit from us. Is it they are dialing the wrong number thinking that we are them.  The problen is that they do not seen to understand English, and keep calling my house.  Also these numbers that they are calling are outside of the United States.  Thet are in violation of this Country's LAW, to be doing so.  Its called misuse of the telephone!!!!!  This can bring them 2 years in Prison not jail!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get calls from these clowns like three times a day. Not sure what to do. They called me a few months ago, and whenever they would call if I was in my car I would answer the phone by screaming as loud as I could. That stopped the calls for a few months, but that's a really pathetic solution. I am on the do not call list, but that doesn't seem to matter. I am going to call my mobile carrier (T-mobile) and see what they can do, if anything. I suppose I will call the FCC if they can't do anything. This is so annoying.

I keep getting calls from this number like 5 times a day. My husband and I have a cell phone, and I am just going to get rid of my house phone b/c my husband works nights and all this phone ringing is affecting his sleep. I know people say just to turn off the ringer, but I have cordless phones that don't have that option. Also, I would rather not have the extra expense when people who want to talk to me call the house and anyone who wants to talk to my hubby calls his cell anyway. I have been getting calls from other telemarketers too that are annoying, but they come up as unknown number. AND I am on the do not call list as well.
