They called and left a message saying, "Hello. Hello." When I tried to call them back, it said it was an invalid number.

I too got a call from 448-001-7708. I get so many calls like this, I've stopped picking up my phone.  

I got a call from this number. A lady with a thick Indian accent wanted me to get on my computer and she was going to help me get rid of the virus that had infected my computer. I wasn't at home at the time. Gosh! I hope she calls back when I am home!

I am in Florida and I received a call from 448-001-7708 on August 14, 2014 regarding my "Windows Computer"  as I do no have
a computer by this name I asked ?who are you?  The male with a very foreign accent told me that "you are making me angry"
at which time I told him the feeling was mutual and hung up my telephone.  Not good "customer relations" or not even good
scam approach.
