I got this call today, I didn't answer it because I knew it was a scammer. They left me a 4 second message that said "update your google listing". I am sick of these criminals calling me, they call me every week with a different phone#, "sigh" when will these criminals go to prison and stop harassing people like me.:(

folks if caller ID does not state Google it not Google it's a scam!!!! If you actually get a person form one of these calls tell them to go suck on their fat mothers [***] lips, or say something nastier  and keep a whistle with your phone and while your cursing them out grab your whistle and blow it as hard as you can for as long as you can :) and hang up. Note after doing following this process a few times the [***] will not want to call you no more.

Getting these call constantly, all day. Automated calls. I am, the the no call list. I have repeatedly requested that I not be called, but they still do. They say press 9 to do not call list. 458-201-0054

I tried to file a complaint. However, it would not go through. The registry site does not recognize area code 458. Amazing.

I called Paul Maduno. Got him upset..Good'''told him every time one of his BS customer calls me I will call him and I do not care what time it is. He did not like it........I am going to do this. You should also.

In anyone is wondering what the call is about, they want to verify listing and ask when the last time I have had an assessment of my web search-ability.  I told them I do this myself.

Lady said "okay you should be good to go" and then hung up on me.

Robo/Automated pre-recorded voice message --"update your google listing"

Not legal to do robo/automated calls.

Same female voice used in pre recorded message.  Constantly different numbers.

Extremely annoying because I have to clear the damn voice message. So not answering the phone does not work.  

Call blocking does not work.  They have a lot of different numbers.  Block one, next day the Robo comes in on another number.

Why on earth would someone continue to call the same phone number, every day, using different phone numbers and with mostly the same similar message?  Its called harassment!

The robo call message has zero business identification, no number to return a call, no identification what so ever.  

They have nothing to do with the real company Google.

Bottom line--Its a scam.  Its illegal.  They are plundering predators. No doubt they are criminals.  Criminals think they are smarter than everyone else.  

So new game.  Actually getting our customers to use email for contact.  Saves time.  Orders in writing.  Good-bye telephone.

i got one yesterday and one today.  Did not answer because I did not know the number.  But it is harrassment and it is annoying.  
They did not leave a message.

Like JD says, these CallerID4U Parasites are behind these insipid illegal calls! Those calling don't care about any laws and will continually violate them to harass all of us and try and gain control of OUR phones while attempting to scam us out of our hard earned money!!!

Outside of reporting them there are several ways to block them ... for landlines, theirs either GoogleVoice or simimalr services or there's call blockers such as Digitone 10! Part of these scumbags scam is using Caller ID spoofing in a way that every time their bs spoofed info shows up they get paid (the pigs at the top get more while their slaves in their boiler rooms get 'scraps').

My Call Blocker already had this number blocked by using it's wild card feature and I had already blocked this along with many other area codes. This happens to be a feature Digitone 10 has. It's worth the investment as you stop these moron's and others from disrupting your lives, invading your privacy and trying to scam you not to forget you take back control of YOUR phone and the use of it, prevent them from getting anyhting of their revenue generating scheme and you get piece of mind and yes peace and quiet too... while they get absolutely nothing!

There is nothing legit/legal about any number connected with CallerID4U at all! It's all illegal bs!!!

Just got a call from this number - didn't answer, no message.
I'm in Canada - maybe they've decided to expand their business and scam internationally now!

Phone number now is being used by a company called Brand Local.  They are in Orange County, Caliofornia at the following address:

Dana Point, CA 92629

They are making robo calls with a fraudulent pitch that includes the keyword "Google" to make you believe it's an official call and that you "haven't updated your Google listing".  It's just more telemarketer BS.  Ignore the call or report it to www.donotcall.gov.  When enough people report the calls, the actually do something about it, but hurry as they keep changing their phone numbers.

Yea I am from Canada too! These people don't care though, and will call anyone regardless of we're their from as each call gives them money if you pick up or not. it's just [***] though to think that they can scam someone that lives in Canada by using U.S numbers.

These people are coming in to my line as "Brand Local". I will be reporting them to the utility regulators.
