they have called me repeatedly, but I answer suspicious numbers. It's annoying.  I returned the call (but blocked sharing my own number) and it was some unwanted junk call selling something, not sure what.  I'm sure it's SPAM!

I am in New York midtown at a business. Got one phone call this AM. Did not answer it. Looking at the phone log, I see that they had tried to call my number three times around 6pm last night- after I had left the office. In all cases, no message was left.

I received two calls from this calling number yesterday, October 8, 2012. The first was at 5:05 P.M. The next one was at 6:14 PM. On neither occassion did the caller leave a message on my answering machine. My caller ID only showed the calling number 458-201-0296. (Twice) On the second line, where it often shows "Unavailable" the same ten digit number is repeated, only without the hyphens. The usual - a telemarketer using a robocaller to call at dinner time.

Calls numerous times a day.

The caller called 5 times in half hour.

3 x's already today. At least 3 x's yesterday & every day last week.  My phone allows me to block 30 unwanted callers. I've already have blocked 29 with this being  the latest.  They still call but after 1 ring my phone stops ringing & they get a blocked message but they just keep calling.  'donotcall' registery does not work.

Called my cellphone without leaving a message.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER OR ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM IT.  IT IS A PHISHING SCAM.  

On a lark, I called this number back, they said I was eligible for several free gift cards and that I would be entered into a sweepstakes for $1,000,000.  Then they asked for my debit card number.  So that's what this is.  They are phishing for debit card numbers.  Don't answer and don't give them your card.  As part of the scam, they gave me this website:  http://www.dreamrules.net.  There is a page there that give a lot of official sounding verbiage about sweepstakes rules, but it's all a scam.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Received a call from this number 458-201-0296-they did not leave a message.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and still receive tons of telemarketing calls a day.
