Called my mobile at 9:06 AM and left no message

Just got a call from this number too.  Didn't leave a message.  

Called my house. Answering machine picked up.  No voice, no message,  just static.
Caller i.d. said "unknown".
I don't answer "unknown" calls. If you don't know who you are, don't call me!

Answered and no one replied.

The reality of the world is that the "Do Not Call List" has no effect on the behavior of criminals. A computer calls telephone numbers, the caller blocks or spoofs caller id information.  If you answer the call, they give you some spiel about Credit Card consolidation,  owing money that you really do not owe,  or as with the above number "diabetic supplies". I don't need them, but someone who answers might and they might be temped to supply this unknown caller with credit card information which will lead to theft of money at best or identity theft at worse.

The above number has "unknown" caller id information. Do not answer it. Block the call. Criminals have no moral code.

Just got a call from this number, I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I agree that the do not call registry does nothing for you anymore. My guess is that criminals pick up numbers from Craigslist. I just posted a few ads the other day using my cell number.

I am diabetic and I get tons of telemarketers for diabetic supplies - I hate to say it, but my guess is that my doctor sells my phone number, because I sign the paperwork/privacy notice. If so, the callers are not subject to the do not call list because, technically, I have given permission to call. Check what you're signing at the doctor office.

Continued hang-ups by this number every night!

This number belongs to Life Alert

Caller id said "not available". Number was provided but no name.  These scammers want credit card information for diabetic supplies. I doubt they are a real company. Just want to rip off anyone. There is a law against these types of criminals, but there is no one to enforce the law.

I am not diabetic, yet these idiots called and insisted I needed diabetic supplies!!!  Isn't it criminal to try to provide medical products to someone who they are not prescribed for????
