got this phone number and want to check the name to whom it is registered.

why are there questions about this phone number?  I am receiving calls from this number from someone who claims to be from Chicago but I see this number is a TX number......what is going on here? If there is something fraudulent I'd like to know it....

Have been getting calls from this no.   Scenario--"stranded in Dubai, equip. being held hostage, need money to obtain equip., please help that I may complete this business transaction".
