i keep getting numerous calls from this number at all times day and night

I wonder how many of their numbers I have to block before they are unable to call?  I've blocked at least 70.

Left a message for wrong name saying " we've received a complaint with your name attached. To find out the nature of this complaint call 888-503-1735"  This is not the only number that has called leaving the same message.

Left no message.

Received a call and asked who was calling, and refused to give me their name or any information.

They just called me and left no message. I don't answer unknown numbers.

Riding in the car first called me, then my husband- no message, no name- blocked

Yes it is Recovery Portfolio.  They have several numbers from several different states!  I never answer a call I don't recognize.
