Called @  2:30 Central - no VM

The caller is Convergent Outsource Collection agency. They won't leave a message, but when you call back you will get a recording that says, "hold for the next available representative". When the rep comes on the line, they will tell you who they were looking for, if that is not you, they will remove your number from their call list.

Calls daily around 2 and is silent on the other end when I answer. Leaves no voicemail either.

Received a call, answered it. The person asked for “Malika”. That’s not my name so I let them know they had the wrong number. She said she will remove my name from her list.

Hmmmm- Convergence Collections- rep named "Promise" said she'll send written info since I've never heard of them, from them & I do not give out info over phone to unknown callers.  No clue why they're calling!
