Scam call.  Happened two times today.  Both times, the voice is a Hindu male with a British accent, speaking English from a script.  The first call was at noon.  The scammer says, "I am calling to inform you that you are the subject of an enforcement..."  I ended the call.  He called again at 11:33 PM, awakening me and my wife.  I did not answer the phone.  I got his full message and phone number.  I will report the call today to my telephone company.  I will move my phone to another area of the house for awhile and stop answering it.

same msg as the others.....law enforcement must have your cooperation or this could mean that you will go in front of a grand jury to answer for your neglect....

Just got the same message.  Geez.. .sure be nice to cuffs put on these losers.

Just received the same message. Called them back from another line, a different Indian-accented individual answered the phone before it even rang. Pressed a series of buttons just to annoy them. Held down the 5 key and they just kept saying "hello?"

Same thing happen today to me at 10:03AM.

Same deal, threatened me with a Magistrate or Federal something or other... Could not understand all of the message, heavy accent. I am on the Do not call list, Caller ID said call came from McKinney, Tx

Same thing as the others.  This is phone fraud. Will call the phone company. This is a threatening phone call.

Got a call from a foreign man saying something about magistrate and law enforcement and to call him back!!!!

On a do not call list,  someone worth a heavy  Indian accent called making multiple legal threats including immediate arrest if I hung up. Said they were from the IRS legal department over unpaid taxes or tax error on my part for 2010. Person was extremely threatening  re:imprisonment, loss of income etc... 464-424-2189 gave a supposed badge i.d number, extension of 508 office of Gary Marshall.

Same thing.  Strange thing is, I called a couple of times from different numbers yet the same man answers with a different name each time.

I filed complaints with the Treasury Department/IRS and the FTC.  I suggest everyone do the same.

Just got the call in Los Angeles, same threatening message. I am sure people get scared and fall for the scam.

same message, irs, actually did leave a call back, which I did not record, the irs is after me and they will lock me etc....there was one on tv news last night, when they were exposting the calls for scams, they did call back, got the same voice-and they said he could be the one going to prison-he replied ina gleeful voice"It's a Praaaaaank!"....obviously, do not believe it, the IRS will not contact you by phone, at least, not initial contact. I kind of doubt any real office or officer would ever use a call to make contact.

Why can't this Dude be tracked with knowing his phone number?  I received the same threats while I was on vacation.

I received 2 phone calls today.  2nd time a message was left stating same info as everyone else.  I did return the call and a man with heavy accent answered stating verbatim all the info as everyone else regarding 2010 taxes etc. I ended up hanging up.
