This call is from a debt collector who calls repeatedly, despite requests for them not to continue. Skip Harris leaves messages claiming to be calling regarding an "important legal matter." He ends the message with instructions stressing the importance of returning his call the same day and a "case number."

Some rude obnoxous "girl" called me from this number and accused me of being Christina Huffman or Hoffman, or something like that,, just because I asked her why she was calling! Get a life, really?? When someone calls my number and refuses to identfy the reason they can forget ever being treated politely! I guess I'd be angry too if I had a trivial  job like yours! Don't take it out on me because you're job sucks. Do your homework honey, oh that's right, they probably don't pay you enough to be smart. All you need to qualify for your job is to be a confrontational uptight b^£€*! I really hate being called a liar!

@ Teri..you're absolutely right and my apologies to you. No longer work there because of the very unprofessional ways they had us do things.  If I were you I would report the company and I will be more than happy to back you up being a former employee. You have no idea how horrible they treated us and more importanly how horribly the had us treat the people we called. So again my apologies for being rude.  I am ashamed to say I ever worked for horrible company as Commercial Recovery Systems. One word : SCAM

I am receiving the same phone calls.   I requested them to provide me the name of the company and address because I want to send me a letter via regular mail, but they didn't want to provide with this information.  Do you know the name of the company and address?

Some idiot psychopath called from this number and accused me of being "Maureen" and that I lived on a street named "Alice" and that he was calling about a note he sent me regarding my "2010 Hummer." He obviously had the wrong person and was a complete idiot. I told him I was on the Do Not Call list and he acted like he didn't know what it was. After hanging up, I redialed the number from my phone and it was the same blow-hard now calling me "Priscilla" and telling me to calm down. I hung up and filed a complaint on the Do Not Call list. Sheesh. He was not only an dope, but a weirdo. If he calls again, I am calling the local police.

I've been receiving calls from this number and another #, they scared the heck out of me. The name they used is Valentine or Walter. First they called my house when my husband answered and they told him that I needed to call them immediately or they will have the Sheriff's office there at my work to pick me up!!! I was freaked out!! So, I called them and they threatened me to give them my bank account info to stop the Sheriff's for coming to my work, and if I didn't give it to them, that I will be arrested today. They also said that I had a failure to appear in court for this repo, that's why they are gonna send the Sheriff's for me. I was so scared that I did it. Then, my husband told me that I should have not done that, and to go close my account so I did. Now they have some Mrs. Bryer calling and harassing me that since I wrote a bad check, that now I'm in trouble for writing a bad check! I did not write a bad check! They threatened me to give my bank info. Also, Mrs. Bryer or whoever it is?? won't stop calling me, she's telling me that she spoke with someone in my family, which is a lie, cuz my family would have told me. This is harassment, so just be careful!!!

It is a collector that says from a old citi bank account I owe. They said they would e mail me confirmation and all i received is a agreement letter. I in turn e mailed them back saying I need proof of the what I owe I got a message this morning  a Emerson Abbott saying I was very clever to request that but if he would do that they might as well serve me and go to court. you must call 888-978-5850 and we will want the merchandise back you did not pay for and I will tell them you refuse the buy up offer. First of all if they have the documents send in I would work a payment if I even owe them. Very Threatening.
