    Regus Victim
Regus is a ripoff, and they discriminate against women of color.  I officed there for 2 years and they would only allow me to sign 6 month terms.  However, my white male peers they would sign them up for 1-2 years at a time.

These SOB's are rude and they threatened me with a lawsuit over a bill that I dont even know of.  Some company bill that was somehow affiliated with my name.  I told them off and they said they would sue.  Is this legal?

Just got a call for these people. I order a MONTH to MONTH virtual office with these people. After the first month, it was not something that I needed, so I said "Thanks but not thanks!". I terminated the agreement in writing as I was allowed to. They started with emails saying "If you don't pay us $4,000 we are going to sue you!" I said go ahead. Almost a year later, they called me and said "Regus is prepared to file a suit against you!" Weren't they ready to months ago? This woman was rude and disrespectful said that I signed something. I never signed a damn thing. She goes "Do you wanna be sued?" Go ahead. I will not be doing business with Regus ever again!!

Regus Management Group is nothing more than a corporate scam and I'm prepared to put their heads on the chopping block!
I've leased office pace with them for the past year and even renewed for a second year a couple months before my first lease expires. Then out of the blue the general manager comes to me and a few other tenants informing us that Regus would like us all to vacate by the end of the month or sooner if possible....WTF.  The sort version of the story is that Regus will lease rental space to anyone, with any type of business as long as they have the money to pay. The problem is this type of leasing violates the agreement/contact that the tenants sign and when they are call out on said practices they rush to clear everyone out to cover their tracts.  I made it clear to every level of Regus management that I plan to sue the boxer briefs off their ass! This is consumer fraud as well as so many other violations and their sorry [***] efforts to try and intimidate tenants by quoting sections of the lease agreement are deplorable. Another Class Action Lawsuit is on its way, you think Regus would be tired of paying out all this money in legal defeats and work on getting their act together.

We also rent offices 5 days a month from Regus.  Although the staff at the building is wonderful, Regus itself threatens collection if you are 3 days past your due date. I often settle up with the Office Manager and I was told they'd be my liasion whenever bills were due. Now I'm receiving calls despite being in communication with the Office Manager. Since our fees will be paid by the end of the week, I'm interested to see how this will play out. Thanks everyone for the heads up dealing with Regus. I think we will be taking our business elsewhere.

    Tired in Texas
These lovely people called me, woke me at 7:15 am, on Dec. 24th, I only got 4 hours of sleep being up with newborns.
I let it go to VM and there was a message from a gruff sounding lady named Jesse rudely claiming she needs payment.
Now that I see others say it was Regus, I know that this phone call was intended for my ex, as he used to (still does?) rent space from Regus. She called my cell - I am blocking her number.
