- TaraCalled and asked for my boss. Said she was not available but would take a message. He said, oh no that's ok, just tell her it's chris from Krell, I said she is not available, he said tell her it is Chris from Krell, I am sure she will take my call. I asked him to spell the company name and then told him again, she is not available. He asked again, then I said she wasn't here. I then told him unless he gave me further info, I would not be able to put him through. HE said he has a note from his assistant to call her. Then told me I was a horrible liar. I told him thanks, you too, bye!
- laurathey called and ask for the owner I told him that he was unavailable then he said well tell him that bryan is on the phone and he will take the call. I told him no he isnt that he isnt here and he said well you suck at avoiding phone calls...and then hung up on me. I called the number back and they wouldnt answer. Is there nothing that we can do about these people calling???
- ? replies to JaneDid you own the money? What did you do? I'm getting the same phone calls.
- joeI just got my first call from them today. First there was music then laughter followed by a loud belch. Sounds like a very professional company.
- Avenger| 1 replySame crap left on my answering machine about "prior correspondence" as from caller ID 800-387-5658. Never spoke to them, never will. I now have used computer program to block both numbers. They'll never even reach my answering machine again, just a robot that hangs up. Hope their call center is in a flood zone, and they don't have air-conditioning. LOL!
- 4695210539hey nrs, i'll pay the bill you're calling about as soon as i am able. but i have to tell you that there are other, more polite groups waiting for money and i'm just not able to reward harrassing behavior first. you will wait until everything else is paid for first and you will not get a dime until i get you reqest in writing and signed.
hugs and kisses,
your momma- Caller: nrs

- phciwi as well keep getting calls from nrs, but it's for an unknown person. i listened to the prompts before and there was a prompt saying that if you are not to person we will remove you from our list. well they kept calling asking for this person , this time i pretended that i was this person to speak with someone, but machine told me everyone is busy and they will call back. so i went on the internet got another number for them and called. when i gave them my phonenumber they claim they don't have my number on file, wonder how you call me then.

- Third Eye FishSomeone with a rather androgynous voice going by a name that sounds like Strafe Hunter left a non-specific message for a woman who doesn't live here. (My outgoing message states my name three times and clearly states that no other names are at that number.) On top of it all this person leaves a six digit phone number, 800 374 533 ext. 2535

- Eric Strong| 2 repliesThis is a fraud company. If you call the number back it will go to a busy line. No phone company or nrs will have that. Expecially if you have a debt to settle they will make sure you are able to contact them. Secondly they already have some kind of information about you. most likely your social security number. they already have your adress so when they talk to you, they will sound legit. Then they will ask you for your bank account number to settle it. DO NOT under any circumstances give it to them. They called me and i was aware of this. I played their little game and said they have the wrong social. And that wasnt me. And all they had was my adress. Which of course anyone can get. From a phone book.

- Nichole replies to Jane| 1 replyI keep getting this same phone call on my cell, and their not even looking for me. They keep calling asking if I know the name of another person. The other person happens to be my father. I keep arguing with them to tell them to stop calling me.
- BanditqueenApparently, I only received one called from this Latin American-sounding entity. I hesitate to say person, because I believe real people do not behave or speak the way he did. He asked for a person who did not live here of course, and I told him so (he sounded like a very intoxicated Latin American bandit in a very bad B western movie). Then he asked who he was talking to, and I told him if he did not know, then he must have the wrong number and hung up. He has not called back. Maybe it was a mistake, but I really do not think so. From reading the comments above, it could been NRS, whoever that is.
- Caller: NRS (?)
- DENISE replies to AvengerDo you know how to block their number from a cell phone?
- MikeI received a call on my business phone. The caller asked if he could speak to my mother who passed away five months ago. I told him that would not be possible and asked if I could help him. He pressed me as to why he couldn't talk to Mom, so I told him. He then got upset, called me rude, and said that I should have told him that to begin with. I replied that I was not in the habit of divulging information to unknown,out-of-state callers. He then insisted on being told who had taken over for Mom, still not identifying himself.I told him that I have owned the company for years and he could talk to me about whatever he was selling. He exclaimed that I was just wasting his time and disconnected. Who wasted whose time?

- Candy from Salt Lake City, UtahReceived a call from their auto mated machine out of the blue. I do not owe any money since I filed for bankurptancy in 2004 and all of them should have been cleared, unless they were stupid enough like ildiots to buy from another collection agency unaware of the filing of BK-7 in 2004. But I will investigate the matter and make sure they stop harressing me again.

- Ashlythis number calls me multiple times a day. although i do owe cingular money from over a year ago, i have not ever received anything through the mail.
the people that work there are by far the most inconsiderate and rude people i've ever spoken with. when i told them that i did not have the money at this very time ((which she damanded i paid at that very second)) she asked how i supported myself and my daughter. continued to ask if the man that answered teh phone was my father and if he was supporting me while i continued to allow my debts to grow. when i asked for information to send a payment later, she said i had no choice but to pay today. i hung up. looks like the choice was ultimately mine.- Caller: NRS
