This no called me n asked for some guy. I told them they had the wrong number. She asked if she could verify my address and when I said no she hung up on me

I keep getting calls at different times of the day.  Very annoying. I pick up and nobody answers.

Dont know who it was but they call a lot

Claimed to be Time Warner Cable with a promotional - I bet you do

This number calls me and no one speaks...! I keep saying "hello" but no reply... Creepy

Received a call from @ 4:55 EDT. Picked it up but no one replied back and hung up.

I answered the call, but no one said anything. Creepy, like another person said. I called back because I was curious and an automated female voice claimed to be a Time Warner promotional call, but it sounded fake.

This number calls me 3-4 times a day.  At first I would answer and say, "hello" and it would always immediately hang up.  I have since marked them as Spam in Sync.Me and their number is now blocked.  Even with Sync.Me, the phone still rings, but Sync.Me automatically hangs up the call

I got a call at least 4 times a day since last week, never leave any messages.  I never pick up the phone because of bad experience but I can tell you that whoever calls you from this number are really really persistent.  So, don't be bothered,  just ignore or block the call is the best way to deal with this people.

I keept getting at least 2 -3 calls a day and no voicemail. Finally picked up, and it was supposedly some time Warner cable promo. When I wouldn't verify my address, they hung up. Seems like a scam of some sort.

Answered calls from this number, no one on the other end even though they called me.  Not even a scam, just a waste of my time.  Don't waste yours.

Have received 5 calls from this number in the last 2 days.  I answer, no one is there.  Getting old.

got a call  no answer , called back only busy tone.  did a reverse lookup but nothing.

I keep getting calls from this number lately. Not sure if it is Time Warner Cable as many have claimed but I got no response when I said hello. To be clear, They call on my cell phone, and I don't answer my cell phone. I decided to pick it up out of curiosity since there's never a message left. After answering and getting no response from the other side, I hung up. Then I called the number back from an office phone. All I got was a few clicks, a long pause, and finally a busy signal. I did this three consecutive times. I don't have the time to do more investigating, but if you feel like a sleuth, you may be able to harass the phone company into giving you more info on where these calls are coming from.
