got a call from this number and then they hung up.  Called back and the said I should have got a reference number about something but they would not say who they are or what it is about just that I will be hearing from the attorney.  Pretty sure its some kind of scam.

same thing they call  you and tell  you owe something ,but when you try to get info on what they are talking about they say have your lawyer call  and then hang up ...very rude person

Received call from this number Lee was his name - never would give me any real information was very rude made lots of threats. This is a scam for sure.

I just got a very harassing call from Lee Foster from this number.  He says he represents Chase Bank and I owe them for a credit card I do not have.  He refused to give me details, but he knew the last 4 of my social, what kind of car I have, and my address.  Said he would only talk to my attorney.  When I call this number back, it goes straight to him, not a main business line

I got a call from this Lee guy who threatened that someone with my social security number falsified  documents...he knew my address, social security number and called on my cell phone when I told him he had the wrong person when he called my home phone. He was very rude...said he would call the authorities on me.

backbutGot a call from the same Mr. Lee guy, call and left a Voicemail and stated that he had and important issue he had to discuss with me about some Complaint on me, also stating that he had my personal info on hand and to call him on the number given, I for sure didn't call this number back but Googleditand found out that its not safe and scam artist at work.....Beware if you get a call from him and don't call back.

Just got a very rude and forceful call from "Mr. Lee" who knew way too much about me for comfort! He got pretty ticked off when I began to question him and refused to pay him anything. Beware, he's tricky and can talk a mean game!

Got a call from a very, very rude lady today Thursday, 7/2/2015, who proceeded to screamed  at me throughout the phone call about a  debt. I asked  her what the debt pertained to, she  stated that she did not know, but letters were sent to me and I have previous calls from this company.  I tried to explained to the lady, that I never received letters or phone calls from her company.  I asked for her name and the name of her company, she proceeded to screamed  and raise her voice at me.  She  transferred me, to Mr. Lee who was just as rude. He proceeded to tell me that my only income, which is  a  military disability check will be  garnished. I'm filing a complain with the BBB about the company ASAP.

I received a call from this number back in  early June 2015 from Lee ...at that time I asked for him to send me information in writing and I would be more than happy to discuss this with him at that time.  I have NEVER received any information.  Today I received a call from a lady in Spanish asking to speak with me regarding a matter. when I suggested that I am more than able to have a conversation in English, she transferred my call to Lee....VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! stating he will be suing and sending a warrant for my arrest ect.... I still have no clue who they are!

I forgot to mention after receiving 2 calls from them today they have NOW called my mother regarding my so called law suit being filed against me......UGH FRUSTRATION !!!  Only if they would be professional and handle this matter in such a way.....

This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  They also use the “process server” who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.  Now why would a “process server” want to do you, a stranger, a favor, and at the same time not get paid to deliver the papers?

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Yes I received a call from my family today regarding a Mr.Lee calling them about an alleged case of document falsification having to do with a property of theirs,among other things,such as me allegedly being subpoeoned twice,etc...needless to say my family is upset as am I....feeling victimized

I spoke to the same guy and he told me if I didn't cooperate my IRS tax returns would be garnished. When I asked him who he was and what he had to do with it, he yelled at me and said he already told me and hung up on me. I called back the company and asked for their name, they gave it to me and asked me why I needed it. Then I asked for their address and they hung up on me again. I called back again and they refused to give it to me. It is obviously a scam!

I got the same call today.  He knew way to much information.  Glad to hear it is a fraud.  I kept saying send something in writing. He is a good liar.
