This number called me on my cell phone at 9:30 AM. I answered but no one was there. The call then ended. I called back and there is a recording that does not sound like the phone company, and says "This number is not in service. Bye". It is an automated voice, likely a VOIP companies recording.

Same here! They have been calling me as well, from this number multiple times then when I returned the call a recording plays saying its not in service. When I tried picking up the call there is just silence and then they hung up. I hope is not a stalker!

They keep calling my phone and I don't get to it in time. So I call it back I get the same recording, I'm going to add to my block list.

Grant education company..

They called 2 times I answered the 2nd time lots of background noise..said they are from grant education company wanted me to answer a few questions about continuing my education...no I don't have time and thank you

They called me twice on my cell phone.  When I called the number back I only heard noise and shuffling....This business needs to be told to stop harrassing people at work.

I received two calls within thirty minutes from this number.  The first time, they did not leave a message. The second time I answered.  A man with a slight accent asked to speak to Jacqueline XXXXXX.  I told him he had the wrong number and hung up.  IDIOT!

They're scam artists pretending to distribute education grants in exchange for an up-front fee. Real grants do not require payment to receive your funds.

This service just tells you what other people experience with a certain number. They aren't going to place on any call lists - it's for your info only. You can block the number yourself or report to the FTC/FCC for violating the Do Not Call registry.

They get your name and number off of websites like sweepstakes or free trials down in the small print when you agree to accept the item you agree to the companies marketing “group and affiliates” having your information and as much as one call a day up to 30 times a month. But the calls are much more often, more like 3-4 an hour from multiple numbers. They run encryption on their computers so the ip address shows something different every time so most likely you are getting calls from several other numbers as well, this keeps you confused and unable to report them for harassment.
