Got a hang-up when I answered. When I called the number, I got a taped voice message identifying themselves as the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) and that they're looking for more financial support.

Never give donations to a stranger who calls you. Might be a scammer. Might be a legit independent fund raiser who keeps 99% for themselves and sends 1% to the charity. Best to donate directly to the charity so they will get 100% of your donation.

this was a strange number left no message because it only rang 3 times.  do not answer strang number do not give information or money over never!

These people called me all week, never left message. Just called at 8:06am this morning which I believe is illegal. Caller ID shows "American Center". Reporting them to Fla Atty General's office. I am on the do not call list.

The American Center for Law and Justice is a legit organization.

Received call from this number at 2:26 pm today Nov. 6 2012.  Comes up American Center on caller id.  Nobody spoke to me or left message.

Yet another phone scumbag wanting money.  Never give to them since there's no way to verify where the money actually goes or who's pocket it ends up in.
